guest’s experience and to meet with guest’s expectation as well.
 Monitor the staff performance constantly and to ensure that all procedures are carried out
to departmental standard
 Promote a cooperative working climate, maximizing productivity and employee morale.
 Checking on daily basis (room sold- room revenue-hotel occupancy-up selling

 Answering and achieving guest’s requests through E-mails and before coming to the hotel
