Assistant Manager Harrods/ Brand manager Ralph Lauren (03/2014 – At Present)
• Complete management of the Ralph Lauren mini super brand in Childrenswear Harrods within 3 different areas –
Baby, Kids, Juniors with the total units turnover of over 37,000
• Monitoring a sales team of 11 people across 3 areas including full and part timers
• Monitoring and driving sales, service, standards on the shop floor across the division
• Monitoring and driving KPI’s of the RL team through coaching
• Recruitment and building team that is representing RL in Childrenswear
• Commercial awareness of competitors, monitoring and driving sales of the brand
• Working closely with buying team and brand, weekly analysis of the performance through trade reports
• Conducting and executing weekly action’s plans through analysis of the trade, working closely with RL merchandise
