I am currently seeking a position that would utilize over 22 years of experience as an
Administrative Assistant. I would like to be a part of a professional working environment
and a team player for a company whereas growth potential is limitless.

Summary of Qualifications
    Demonstrated the capacity to provide a comprehensive administrative support for
     executive-level staff including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and
     effectively managing all essential tasks.

    Developed and maintained detailed administrative and procedural processes that
     reduce redundancy, improve accuracy and efficiency, and achieve organizational
     objectives.

    Focused and results-oriented in supporting complex, deadline-driven operations; able
     to identify goals and priorities and resolve issues in initial stages with outstanding

Supported the project management team with proposal pricing which includes interfacing
with architects, engineers, consultants and reputable clients. Proposals and plans developed
along with unique interpersonal skills that enacted a smooth completion of the projects. To
include executive secretarial duties simultaneously in conjunction with sales support
responsibilities.

I was responsible for financial arrangements, scheduling and management of crews, event
coordinating of Weddings and Corporate Regattas. Perform a variety of key investor-
relations functions, addressing inquiries of current and potential shareholders,
communicating with marketing department regarding investor-relations initiatives, and
maintaining investor database.

I sold online high end women’s clothing mainly jeans in the beginning. I had clients who
consistently purchased from me who had boutiques in Australia due to my dependability and
requesting name brands in which they where unable to get in Australia. There was never a
worrying about getting an authentic product. I was extremely consciences about the quality,
service, product and price. My customers became very loyal as well as my clients who
owned stores of their own internationally.

Duties included, programming of extensions, training of new receptionists, supervising
approximately 10-12 employees periodically while management took leave. Shipping and
receiving duties as well as loan document support. To also include temporary employment
status at the prior mortgage company held by the same entity.

               Administrative support/Case Study Research

Duties included case study research, project coordination experience and the ability to work
well with all levels of management and staff. I had worked for this Law Firm in a temporary
capacity through the years during heavy case loads. Duties included screening of incoming
calls, copying of case files. I was also responsible for setting up a Los Angeles office during
extended court trials.

Duties included a range of human resource functions along with verification of past
