in an abusive relationship one can find love using character, conflict and climax.
At the beginning of this short story, the author introduces a young child in his
toddler years that is standing at a street corner, kicking up gravel. A small dark
brown dog with a cut rope wrapped around his neck approaches the child with
uncertainty, but still is brave enough to exchange friendly body language. This is
expressed when Crane writes, When the young boy puts out his hand and called the
dog. In an apologetic manner, the dog came closer and the two had an interchange of

practices, and it was a safe sandbox environment for engineers to try paired
programming since many managers in industry were initially skeptical about its

happy with my purchase! Every winter I try to incorporate oils in my skin care
routine to combat dryness. However after last winter s conditions I decided to

5 that s suppose to tell you how poor clogging an ingredient will be. Because argan
oil is commonly used for skin care, its important to know that the oleic acid

due to the fact that I have never met Alex before and know relatively little about

It was extremely helpful that we already had experience selecting books that were
nonfiction, multicultural and graphic novels. Furthermore, our discussion about
how valuable graphic novels are for teaching young readers to form mental
pictures really influenced my decision to select a graphic novel for Alex. I think
that this is one of the most valuable things I learned in this course this semester.
Also, something I learned that helped me make my decisions was our lesson on
analyzing nonfiction books. I learned to look for nonfiction text features within in
the books, such as glossaries, indexes, pictures, captions, table of contents, words
that are bold or italicized, etc. This knowledge allowed me to scan the nonfiction
books that I selected to see if they contained enough of these elements to provide an
ample amount of information and resources for Alex to use. Some personal
