 MR VIJAY KHATARIYA has 14 years of job experience.
 He finds out the interesting thing in the students with
the help of various activities through drawing,
grammar ,other mathematical activities and
experiment performance .He will give them guidance
to leave poor field so interest then develop the
activities in respective field.
 He decide the vision get the perfect student went to go
ahead in a future life and according to him they will
develop future and it will be surely try perfect or
respective student.

5.  The main qualities in the candidates or employee
should be awareness is their duties important because
without awareness duties the person can not do the
perfect performance duty.
 Second think is sincerity is student sincere in the
respective field. It will be successful in the field.
 Third think is time awareness. It is the perfect person

how I can help the other person . It will be the very

 In any field of carrier of people life there are so many
hurdle and confusion and we can not take proper
decision.
 we want to develop our personality . We have to
consider hurdle is not challenge but opportunity
because opportunity comes in the form of hurdle and
confusion so we have to take it positively.

confusion then conflicts as new challenges
opportunity. It will develop our and new will be
successful employer in our field.
 He think internal and external job satisfaction both
are very important because both develop our field .
When you are not externally satisfied with your job
then your internal soul will give something negative
views , so both are important.
 He always believe that if person do perfect or better
work and it should be given reward. Because reward
purposes will encourage the person and
encouragement is very important.

8.  When junior are not working properly his duty is to
treat them properly and give them guidance and
encourage them to do work properly.
 When he faced his seniors who are not supporting him
then he convinces them by extra work and hard work
and do well or better than their expectations.
 Any organization is the mirror of the society and vice
versa we do better work, creative work and intension to
hard work and organization and society will develop
concern their make progress in the world.

9.  When he was working in his private school he was
thinking of government job but his merit was average
so he always confuse how he get highest merit so he do
hard work.
 His short term vision is to perform duty and work very
well and gives satisfaction to his student. His long
term vision is to become good person so that to make
country progress in proper way and protect our
country and our culture.
 His one message for the future engineer is to create his
mind always to know new thing from internet or from
book but never forget our culture.

10. • According to him swami Vivekananda is his idol as he
has given the message to youth that do your work
perfectly and help other when they are in need and
never forget you are the son of bharatmata so you
should not forget our tradition our culture and our
religion so you should always accept new things
coming from other nation.
