Dr.Dabhi: Sure, you can ask me your questions.
Me: Sir, How many years of experience you have in 
your field? 
Dr.Dabhi: I m in this field since 1 years. On 2013 I 
have started my service.
Sir, you are successful contributor in your field. How do 
you take your work? 
A) As a goal? 
B) As a mission? 
C) As a challenge? 
D) As a new establishment? 
Dr.Dabhi: I take it as a challenge. Every patient has a 
different problems and I have to solve it by 
taking that challenge’s believe that there is lot 
of learning and improvement in taking 
challenges.
Me: sir, according to you, what are the qualities to 
become a successful employ? 
Dr.Dabhi : hard work in your field, consistency, patience, 
perfectness in your work, humbleness are the 
key factors to become a successful employ.
Me: during successful career, you might have faced 
some challenges, hoe do you take it? As an 
opportunities or as hurdle. 
Dr.Dabhi: of course as a opportunities. These challenges 
helps the personal to grow. After succeeding 
in taking these challenge, the mission to 
contribute the society is become more 
prominent
Me: according to you, what is a job satisfaction? 
A) External satisfaction. 
B) Internal satisfaction. 
C) Both (A) & (B) 
Dr.Dabhi: I love to do my work and I want to contribute my 
society as much as possible. It is necessary that 
both external and internal satisfaction is 
required for job satisfaction for me to give more 
to society.
Me: what is your message or an advice for the future 
doctors… or any suggestion for youth? 
Dr.Dabhi: Be honest in your work. Try to contribute the 
society as much as possible for growth of 
nation.
Me: Sir, what is your vision? 
Dr.Dabhi: become a most successful person in my 
field by giving large contribution to the 
nation.
Me: sir last question 
Do you believe in reward or opportunity? 
Dr.Dabhi: I believe that my work is my reward so I m not 
believe in reward. I believe in opportunity 
successful and help people as much as 
possible.

  • 3. Me: Sir, How many years of experience you have in your field? Dr.Dabhi: I m in this field since 1 years. On 2013 I have started my service.
  • 4. Sir, you are successful contributor in your field. How do you take your work? A) As a goal? B) As a mission? C) As a challenge? D) As a new establishment? Dr.Dabhi: I take it as a challenge. Every patient has a different problems and I have to solve it by taking that challenge’s believe that there is lot of learning and improvement in taking challenges.
  • 5. Me: sir, according to you, what are the qualities to become a successful employ? Dr.Dabhi : hard work in your field, consistency, patience, perfectness in your work, humbleness are the key factors to become a successful employ.
