3. Me : Good morning sir I m Vijay Kantariya from GEC-Bhavnagar.
I wants to take your interview as a part of
my contributor personality development project. sir,
can u give me ten minutes for the project?
Mr vaza : sure, u can ask me your questions.

4. Me : sir, how many years of experience u have in your
field?
Mr vaza : I m in this field since 8 years. On 2006 I have
started my service in this school as a principal.

5. Sir, you are successful contributor in your field. How do you take your
work?
As a goal?
As a mission?
As a challenge?
As a new establishment?
Mr vaza: I take it as a challenge. Every student has a different capability of
learning and understanding, I have to solve it best of my knowledge. I
believe that there is lot of learning and improvement in taking challenges.

6. Me : sir, what is your vision?
Mr vaza : become a most successful person in my field by
giving large contribution to society and nation. I will give
best education to my students.

7. Me: during successful career, you might have faced some
challenges, how do you take it?
As a opportunities or as hurdle.
Mr vaza : of course as a opportunities. These challenges
helps the person to grow.
After succeeding in taking these challenges, the mission to
contribute the society is become more prominent.

8. Me : sir, according to you, what are the qualities to become
a successful employ?
Mr vaza : hard work in your field, consistence, perfectness
in your work, humbleness are the factors to become a
successful employ.

9. Me : according to you, what is job satisfaction?

Mr vaza : I love to do my work and I want to contribute my
society as much as possible. It is necessary that both external and
internal satisfaction is required for job satisfaction for me to give
more to society.

10. Me: what is your message or an advice for the future
teachers...or any suggestion for youth?
Mr vaza : be honest in your work. Tyr to contribute the
society as much as possible for growth of nation.

11. Me : sir last question
Do you believe in reward or opportunity?
Mr vaza : I believe that my work is my reward so I m not
believe in reward. I believe in opportunity that comes to
me and I try to make that opportunity successful and help
people as much as possible.

12. Me : sir, thanks for giving me your valuable time. I am
very thankful to you.
I have learned many things from you, and try to implement
these thing in my life.
