Profession: Principal of Swaminarayan Gurukul, 
Hariyala,Kheda 
I got his reference from my tuition teacher in 10th 
standard.
 He started his career as ordinary teacher in small 
village. 
 Then he came Kheda for better future. 
 He became teacher in H.& D Parekh High school in 
1995 and then became principal in 2006 in Gurukul 
Hariyala.
 He always decided to be the principal and wanted to 
do better for future students, so he rejected the job 
offer from Sachivalay, where he could get 
promotions. 
 So for him internal satisfaction is more important 
than only getting rewards(money).
 He believes 
 In team work, though his decision is final, but he 
want his team members to give their decisions, 
because he think whatever is he is because of them. 
 Whatever you do, give your 100% in that particular 
work, so that you will get success. 
 Not worry about your boss and others.
 He believes 
 Students should be motivated in such a way that 
they are not exam conscious, but useful to the 
society, become sensitive for their work and bring 
out their skills. 
 Good teacher-student relationship can create a 
healthy environment.
 He is respected among his subordinates and juniors. 
Juniors should feel free to bring out their potentials 
and qualities. 
 Being a head of Gujarat State Student Committee 
and a Member of National Working Committee and 
proper time management makes him to handle every 
situations. 
 He always ready to do better for students and 
teachers. 
He has personal relations with his teachers.
Message from him to future engineer 
and youth:- 
“They should develop capabilities, take 
challenges, work hardly and try to get deeply 
knowledge about related things…..”
