4. Definition of contributor
The Contributor Teacher is concerned
about bringing out the best in each
student. Such a teacher cares about the
future of every students.

5. Mayur Trivedi is a teacher. He has 16
year experience as a teacher. He
always takes his work seriously. He
takes his work as a goal. His goal is
that, to progress his students and they
always be successful in their way of
study in physics and remember him.

6. According to him, the quality to
become a successful employ is always
be loyal to work.
He always takes his career as
challenges by opportunities because
he found some progressive things in
his student.

8. According to him, his job satisfaction is
external satisfaction but most important
internal satisfaction.
He also believe in reward, because from it
he can get encouragement. Also he say that
any one can make his or her work strong by
encouragement.

9. When he faced his junior, he tells them
some methods of working and he starts
their work. So, they realize that they have
to do their work properly.
When he faced his Seniors/ Authorities
he might show them right way of his work
very silently and show them benefit of his
working.

10. He contributes to teach his students
all types of knowledge and fully progress
of his students and take part in all type
of activities.
His short term vision is to get his full-
pay salary as early as possible.
His long term vision is to see his
students progress in their field.

12. He also happy to share his personal
experience of his life. He says that his
turning point is that day when he fail
in 12th standard in his main subject.
Then he took it as principal subject
and took degree and master degree in
that subject. Now , he is a teacher of
this subject in school.

to students. So, he is a
