3. Contributor Qualities….
• A person who Contributes to the society for its
welfare is known as a contributor.
• A contributor can be a person who shows
concern for other as well as believes in
developing his/her identity.

4. Job for him…..
•He takes his job for a vision i.e. he thinks that
job should be done by some pre-preparations
and one should focus on their goals and try to
achieve it.

5. About challenges…
• He think that avoiding the problems or
running off from the problems is not the
solution.
• Instead of that we should try to find out
the reason to the problem , take that
problem as a challenge and try to solve it.
• He like to accept challenges and tries to
solve if he faces it.

6. Job satisfaction…..
• He thinks that if the person is satisfied
internally she/he will automatically be
rewarded by other means and then will
also achieve external satisfaction.
• Thus internal satisfaction is dependent
on external satisfaction according to him.

7. Reward & opportunities…
• He thinks that if we catches up any opportunity
it will result into a reward.
About juniors & seniors…
• If he finds any mistake done by any of his junior ,
firstly , he tries to find their point of view and if
they are wrong then he tries to explain them.
• He tries to convince his seniors for positive
approach and tries to develop a positive mindset.

Or society….
• As a responsible citizen , he feels that to
contribute to organization or society is very
important task.

9. His Response to failure…
• He believes that if one fails , he should work
again again to get success.
• He believes that hard work leads to success
and therefore one must believe in self more
rather than believing in luck.

10. Moment of pride for him…
• Once the situation of floodplains arose
at one of the village near Bardoli.
• He and his Friends, they made
somewhat about 42 houses in 15 days
for poor people.
• At that moment , he felt proud and
thought that his degree helped others
more than him.

11. Long term & short term
vision…
 He is short term and long term vision is to
make my student to able solved any kind of
problems in institutes, society using IT
knowledge.

12. Message to youths…
To success the best person-they should do hard
work and time bound perioud work.
