trip, tours, meetings)
 Maintain recordings of activities and visits with
farmers)

11.  To work under administrative and technical supervision of
ADO and Assistant ADO
 To work as person in charge of agriculture sub centers
 Training to JT,JTA and AAs
 Motivate farmers to adopt innovation by various methods
 Conducts exhibitions
 Reports to district office
 Supervise JTAs
 Plan and finalize field visit schedule
 Assist Subject matter specialist
 Go through diary of JTAs and provide suggestion

12.  Conduct training to JT, JTAs and AAs
 Help research conducting personnel
 Visits to field guided by JTs
 Follow up reaction of JTAs and AAs
 Prepare training materials for sub centers
 Discuss farm problems with JTs, JTAs, AAs and
farmers
 Participate in training at regional research
station
 Maintain working chart at ADO office

13.  Assist ADO and follow up extension activities
 Assist ADO in day to day administration and
coordination
 Participate in training at regional office

14.  Full support to above described personnel
 Supervise visits
 Meet farmers and receive reactions on
recommendation
 Maintain high quality training
 Participate in regional training and workshop
with research staffs
