Clean your teeth  2 times  a day in the morning & in the night before going to bed.  Clean with  Triphala  Churna, Neem Twig Pastes  &  Gels are no good Chew  2 Spoons  of black  Til  seeds in the  morning
Eating Sugar cane, Carrot, Apple etc. daily is good for teeth Massage teeth, gums daily with warm til oil & Triphala Avoid excess  carbohydrates ,  sweets  in daily food Avoid very hot & very cold foods
After eating breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks gargle mouth thoroughly with warm salt water or Triphala kashayam Use finger instead of brush to clean teeth & gums which will put even pressure.
After food use  Ela,   Lavang, Jajikaya, Tulasi, Mint leaves  as mouth freshener Drink water periodically for  good oral health For   mild  pain  use  lavang  oil For  yellow  teeth Lime, salt, Triphala  2  times / day for  21  days
