Responsibilities include daily managerial duties in an office setting. Preparation of daily
receivable accounts,payroll, scheduling,as well as, meeting and greeting members upon
entry, assisting members with inquiries on setting up personaltraining appointments,
directing members to sales staff, assisting members on how to operate a piece of
equipment, phone inquiries., cancellations, and general office work.

Responsibilities included inputting Membership Contracts and maintaining contracts for
monthly draft billing. These duties included putting memberships on medical freezes,
personal freezes, cancellations, confirmation of monthly charges,and maintaining correct
credit card and/orbanking information for billing. Resolved disputes that members had
through credit card companies and provided members with any information they needed
in reference to their contracts.

Receptionist/Front Desk
Meet and greet members, direct prospective new members to sales staff, made
appointments for the Personal Training Staff and Massage Therapy Staff. Maintained
front desk operations involving answering inquiries on the phone,informing members of
any class changes,or other daily operational changes. Handled monies from daily sales
of water, protein bars, swim goggles and numerous other products. Directed
members/patients to both the Chiropractic and Physical Therapy departments. Handled
daily interaction with all members and guests in a professionaland courteous manner.
