Call Center Representative/Teller/Loan Clerk
As a Call Center Representative it is crucial that all members are provided
prompt, efficient and accurate service. I assist members with any basic banking
transaction and maintain a high level of knowledge regarding our systems,
accounts, products and services.
The Loan Clerk position required my organization skills, the position was 6
months back logged and no work flow system was in place. I implemented a file
tracking system, work flow system, and checks and balance system. I created
work flow relationships with two key positions and helped to alleviate some
unnecessary work. Caught up and maintained all loan files and worked with all 8
branches to provide them with necessary files or information. Provided auditors,
loan officers, and upper management and authorized outside agencies with
requested information.
As a Teller I maintain a high level of member service while maintaining necessary
banking procedures. Maintained and balanced a cash drawer daily. Assisted
members with transactions, questions and account information.

I own and operate a small group fitness business. I instruct 3 formats and am
in the process of attaining my personal training license. I teach at several gyms
around Santa Fe and surrounding areas. I have experience teaching all fitness
levels and work with all skill levels most especially beginners. Through the
Paleo Lifestyle & the bariatric program at Christus St. Vincent I have lost a total
of 207lbs and use this experience to help others move towards their personal

As an Insurance Policy Claim Clerk for the Public Regulation Commission I processed and
