JHS will communicate with the participant's key support people in several ways. They will keep a record of support people and how and when the participant wants them to be contacted. Communication methods include face-to-face meetings, email or paper mailing lists, feedback forms, satisfaction surveys, and planning meetings open to participant feedback. JHS will also work directly with the participant on a daily basis.

WITH MY SUPPORT PEOPLE?
At JHS we understand that communication with your
key supports is crucial to your success and ensure
that those around you are fully informed of your
ongoing needs and progress. We keep a record of
your key support people including how and when you
would like us to communicate with them. We have a
number of ways that we can keep in touch including
regular face-to-face meetings, our mailing list that
can be provided by e-mail or in paper or other
accessible format, our feedback forms, satisfaction
surveys and through planning meetings that will be
open to participant feedback. Plus, of course we’ll be
working with you on a day-to-day basis throughout.
