2. Introduction
The school is a learning-producing
enterprise. Its chief concern is to see
to it that productive and efficient
learning is taking place in the
classroom where planned learning
opportunities (curriculum) are
translated into actual learning
engagements through instructions.
3. What is a Classroom
Management?
Classroom Management has been
defined as “the administration or
direction of activities with special
reference to such problems as
discipline, democratic techniques, use
of supplies and reference materials, the
physical features of the classroom,
general house keeping and the social
relationship of pupils.”(Good, 1959 p.99)
4. What is a Classroom
Management?
The result of Classroom Management is a
well-organized environment that is
conducive to both teaching and learning
process.
Classroom management is seen by
parents, teachers and the public as

5. What is a Classroom
Management?
Reaction:
Classroom management and discipline
plans are integral to creating a positive
learning environment. I think that with
prevention tactics, respect and
consistency, teachers can foster a
community atmosphere where students
will benefit. I think that teacher
personality is a vital aspect in this plan,
and each teacher should adjust

accordingly to suit his or her needs.
Although a plan is essential to teaching, I
think that taking each day minute by
minute and responding by amending the
rules as you go along is the best way to
ensure overall success.
7. What is a Curriculum Planning
and Development?
Curriculum Planning is a process students
of logically sequencing subject matter so
students can achieve the goals, standards
and benchmarks they need to learn on each
grade level.
Curriculum Planning is the “means by
which new content and supporting
materials are added to the school”.
Curriculum Development is both a logical
and creative way to add new learning
experiences to the lives of the students.
8. What is a Curriculum Planning
and Development?
Reaction:
The central focus of the curriculum is the
student. A curriculum should focus on the
development of the whole person.
Curriculum may be perceived as being
rather global in nature and representing a
broad range of educational activities and
experiences. Thus, curriculum may be
defined as the sum of the learning activities
and experiences that a student has under
the direction of the teacher or school.
9. What is the difference between
a Curriculum and Instruction?
Curriculum constitutes a broad range
of student experiences in the school
setting, instruction focuses on the
delivery of those experiences. More
specifically, instruction may be
perceived as the planned interaction
between instructors and students that
(hopefully) results in desirable
learning. .
10. What is the difference between
a Curriculum and Instruction?
Sometimes, serious questions may be
raised as to what exactly constitutes
curriculum and what constitutes
instruction. Some educators feel that
any curriculum includes instruction;
others contend that sound instruction
includes a sound curriculum.
