2. Definition
• It is defined as the method to access the
internal condition of different organs by
looking at the color changes in the body and
various excretions.

3. • Human body is composed of seven colours ,
any imbalance in the colours that may be by
increase or their decrease leads to disease.
• Finding out the deficient colors is known as
chromo diagnosis.
• 2 methods of chromo diagnosis ;
1. by seeing the cause
2. by detecting the symptoms

4. Eyes
• Normal color of the sclera is white .
• Yellow - jaundice
• Pale - anemia , diabetes mellitus
• Blue – cyanosis
• Red – small corner indicates weak heart ,large
corner indicates strong heart - fever , cold
• Eye ball color signifies liver and kidney
disorders.

5. TONGUE
• White – constipation , fever ,indigestion.
• Dry – dehydration
• White coating with red spots – scarlet fever
• Yellow – jaundice
• Pale – anemia , dyspepsia
• Shiny tongue – dysentery
• Blue – cyanosis , cardiac problems , and in case
of poisoning

6. STOOL
• Black – hemorrhage
• Clay or muddy – jaundice
• Watery – diarrhea
• White – troubles in liver , stomach and kidney
• Dark brown – poisonous condition and
inflammation of large intestine

7. URINE
• Normal urine colour is straw yellow
• Dark yellow – jaundice , diphtheria
• Light yellow – diabetes mellitus
• More dark – malaria , rheumatism
• Red or pink – haemorrhage
• Foggy colour – albumineura
• Orange - fever

8. SKIN
• Blue – cyanosis , polycythemia
• Red – rheumatism , menstrual problems
• Pale – anemia
• Purple – heart and respiratory ailments
• Pigmentation – diabetes mellitus , prolonged exposure
to arsenic treatment
• Loosening of skin – poor tone of the body , old age

9. • Tightness of skin – nervous tension , edema ,
extra growth of skin
• Dry skin – scurvy , myxedema ,lack of vit A
• Moist skin – wet eczema , emotional
instability ,high fever and over eating
• Cold skin – poor peripheral circulation.

10. NAILS
• Blue – respiratory disorders like pulmonary
obstruction ,emphysema
• Black – vit B12 deficiency , bacterial infection
• White – kidney or liver disorder
• White line bands – protein or calcium deficiency
• Green nail –arthritis , edema
• Yellow nail – lymphatic and liver problems

11. HAIR
• Hair fall – anemia ,stress , dandruff,
malignancy , thyroid disorders

12. LIPS
• Healthy people have reddish , average , moist
, shiny lips
• Pale – anemia
• Very red – gastritis
• Bright red – excess hest
• Blue or purplish – respiratory or circulatory
disorders

13. HANDS
• Red – cold conditions
• Purple – fever and inflammation
• Blue – fear or excitement
• Pale – anemia
