blower. Operating chlorine blowers and supply the chlorine feed to liquefaction section,
Freon as refrigerant.
HYDROGEN GAS COMPRESSORS/HYDROGEN BOTTLING PLANT
Operating hydrogen GAS COMPRESSORS (reciprocating type-vertical) for bottling the
hydrogen in cylinders and manifold trucks in a pressure of 150 kg/cm2.
The compressors capacity is 1000 m3/hr and other is 250 m3/hr.
CHLORINE GAS COMPRESSORS/LIQUID CHLORINE BOTTLING PLANT
The dry chlorine feed to liquefaction section Shell and Tube, Freon as refrigerant.
4. The liquid chlorine is stored in storage bullets according to pressure.
Liquid chlorine is pressurized in storage bullet and filled in chlorine tonner.
COMPRESSOR HOUSE
Operating the hydrogen Compressors LP and HP for supplying fuel to the hot oil furnace,
Instrument air compressors (reciprocating type –single and multistage),liquid ring
compressors, ammonia unloading compressors.
PUMPS
Having experience in Operating centrifugal pumps (single and multistage impellers),piston
pumps, metering pumps, plunger pumps, screw pumps, vaccum pumps, ejectors, jockey
pumps.
HEAT EXCHANGERS
Having experience in operating cooler, chiller, condensers, Heat exchangers like plate type,
double pipe, shell and tube (single and multi pass) exchangers and its change over.
CONTRONAL PANEL OPERATION

COOLING TOWERS

Operating the cooling water pumps and its change over, Fans change over and analysis the
performance of the cooling towers and enters the data on the SAP.

water pumps and its change over.
RESPONSIBILITY
Mointoring the hole chlor alkali plant in DCS, SCADA & PLC
Make regular routine checkup of all equipment and units to ensure that they are
functioning correctly in accordance with standard operation procedure.
Report all equipment and instrument defects and leaks immediately to my officers and
take possible corrective action.
Check and record in the plant log sheet each and every hour.
Start, check and stop pumps locally according to instruction.
Check the water and hydrocarbon interface level in Separator, Sump tank
To take the reading from the separator and reactor.
Maintain good House Keeping as per HSE information
Initiate and lead firefighting and other emergency action
Enter the daily shift works and reports on SAP
