JOB PROFILE
 Streamlining Management Safety policies with strict principles.
 Implementing Company’s Health, Safety & Environment Manual, HSE management system
works procedures, local rules (code of EHS, QCS 2010) and Government norms.
 Preparation of Health and Safety Plan, Traffic Management plan, Emergency response plan,
Construction Environment Management plan and Waste management plan and obtain
necessary approval from Client and consultant.
 Organizing safety induction training to Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, Workers and
Visitors.
 Conducting safety meeting with all staff members which will be chaired by project
manager/construction manager on weekly basis.
 Preparation and Circulation of Minutes of HSE Meeting for all attendees.
 Conducting Pre-job safety meeting with Sub-contractors before they start work on site and
maintained such records.
 Preparation of Risk Assessments & COSHH Assessment for routine activities and obtain
approval from consultant and ensured that it was communicated to workforce before
commencement of work activity.
 Spot correction of the unsafe acts & unsafe conditions at the time of regular and random
inspection.
 Conducting periodical safety inspection and send the report to the Project
