To operate the Gas turbines,Steam turbines,Heatrecovery steam boilers and Balance of the plant & those auxiliary
plantsystems such as circulating water pumps,closed coolingwaters pumps, auxiliarycooling water pumps, condenser
and water box air removal systems, boiler feed pumps, recirculation pumps, instrument&process air compressors,
Electro chlorination generators,Steam and water analyzing systems, chillers,air dryers,chemical dozing and sampling
systems, lubrication pumps, lift oil pump, hydraulic and pneumatic systems whenever required, also have gained
experience at DM production, sanitary plant, waste water treatment plant, Multi stage flashes desalination plant.

Maintains daily operation logs and other plant activities that communicate status of plant, which will be submitted to

writing, Identify typical and obvious potential or recurring problems in plant operating systems
Conduct preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on plant mechanical equipment. To perform job hazard
analysis,faultfinding,rectificationand replacingofmechanical & electrical equipment.Maintaining safe andcontrollable
work place in work permit area and to obtain complete clearance from them
Assists with plantfield operators in the dailyoperation and maintenance in the field,investigate changes in instruments
parameter status and equipmentroutine change over. Notify to shiftsupervisor regarding operational consistencyand
other defects.The plantcapabilities in order to optimise plantoperation andreliability, Identifies and remedies abnormal
operating condition
Performs water testing and treatment using knowledge of boiler water chemistry, maintains set parameters and
laboratory procedures. Completes accurate and timely water tests and perform chemical adjustment along with
chemical specialists.Sodium hypo chlorite generators, which is making from power electrode plates. Dozing in sea
water intake area shilling basin –intake pipes drum screen and pump bays. To maintain the intake sea water quality
and remove fungus, bio debris from the sea water.
Check general operation have been noted, check prior to operation have been met,and operating condition of gas
turbine are sensed and utilized from the SPEEDTRONIC control systems. Which is speed, start up and temperature
those are major loops ofgas turbine and to establish the unique flamespread into the combustion chamber whileGTG
startup and keep watching those major parameters such as wheel space temperature,DLN,IGV, Exhaust temperature
control and protection, IBH, speed/droop constants, lubrication and trip oil systems and over temp protection, fire
protection.
what I have been contributed while commissioning:
Seal oil leaking discovered during firsttime hydrogen charging along with generator
Lift oil supplyline broken in generator drive end bearings
Condenser gotthermal shocking because ofhood spraycontrol valve not throttled properly
Turning gear got shutoff often because excessive power fed
Gas turbine diverting damper limit& position feedback controllers malfunctioned
Emergencylube & seal oil pumps notsubstituted when AC supply was failed
Boiler feed pumps bearings were broken because internal lube oil supplyline chocked
High pressure drums bound up leak found when the boiler startup
Recently Coordinate with Gas turbine specialist for upgrading GTG load ratings and fuel efficiency
