JOB RESPONSIBILITY IN START-UP AND NORMAL OPERATION
As a supervisor field and Panel Operation for Daily Operations, Maintaining logs
Monitoring process parameters, acknowledging process alarms based on priority,
trends monitoring, maintaining logs, start-up and shutdown of the plant.
Leading start up, Shut down of plant operations & maintaining documented
records of all operational processes.
Monitoring and maintaining process parameters (Pressure, Temp., Flow, level) at
all user points and in Plant area.
Managing & ensuring smooth operation of varies compressors and pumps in
plant.
Detecting gas leakage at user points with the help of hi-tech instruments.
Issue the permit to work (PTW) and closed as per producers.

WELL HEAD OPERATION

flushing jobs. Pig launching & handover for well services like perforation, acid jobs, and
wire line operation such as coil tubing, Gauge survey, SSV & SSSV operations, well head
panel operations, flow line choke changing, orifice plate changing, STHP, FTHP, well
equalizing, annulus pressure bleeding, safety valve testing, Water & Gas injection, etc.
GAS PLANT OPERATION
Worked in gas gathering stations, gas compression facilities, gas plant etc.Handled
different types of gas compressors (reciprocating & centrifugal), sweet gas purging of
H2S gas compressors, isolation & deisolation of compressors, heat exchangers etc.
Gas plant operations, free water knock out drums, degassing vessels.
GLYCOL DEHYDRATION UNIT
Familiarization of gas dehydration unit startup and shut up of gas dehydration unit
handling of inlet coalscer separator, glycol contacts tower, glycol overhead scrubber,
and gas / glycol heat exchanger (Tube and Shell type), monitoring and controlling of
contactor pressure, glycol level and temperature, flow rate of lean glycol.
Glycol regeneration unit- Handling of Re-boiler, Lean /Rich glycol heat exchanger,
glycol storage tank, operation glycol re-circulation pump operation of glycol flash drum,
glycol filter, active carbon filter, reflux coil, still column, stripping column, monitoring
and controlling of stripping gas, maintaining of Re-boiler temperature & pH value.
Checking of pH twice a month. Avoiding the glycol loss and maintain the dew point
temperature.
