SENIOR PROCESS OPERATOR
Direct all activities and tenets of operation associated with executing company management system for safety manner, Q-
Safe observation and fulfil with all company occupational health and safety requirements. Proficiently perform mandatory
activities during shut down and start-up operation by amending the alterations of speeds, temperatures, pressures and flow
rates. Arrange regular and detailed inspection of all rotating equipment used in operations such as, electric motors, gas and
steam driven turbines, pumps and compressors as well as static equipment such as towers, vessels and heat exchangers
to guarantee accurate functioning of item independently and in synchronization with other equipment. Control all parameter
of on spec product with safety process operation from DCS with APCS technology. Control all parameter of on spec product
with safety process operation from DCS with APCS (Advance Process Control System) technology from Aspen Tech. Develop
maintenance work in assigned area to ensure that jobs are progressing and work permit conditions. Pre-commission and
commission equipment after completion of maintenance work and participate equipment during the tests.

diversion of products route at battery limits, advises control room immediately of anomalies.
 Accredit all the activities related to records interpretations at stated intervals from indicators located on equipment in
the operational area and control room operator of apparent deviations from specified operating conditions.

 Formulate and structure equipment for maintenance accomplishments such as manual isolation, depressurization and
draining as per maintenance schedule or part of trouble shooting.
 Successfully convey out simple maintenance work such as blinding, de-blinding of smaller size pipelines, fix minor leaks
of steam/condensate, and connect/disconnect fittings for flexible hoses, ease and grease isolating valves.

Demethanizer and chilling train unit is to separate Methane and Hydrogen from C2 up to C8.
Deethanizer is to separate C2 cut from C3/C8.
C2 Splitter is to separate Ethylene liquid as a product and Ethane liquid as a Furnace feed recycle.
Debutanizer is to separate C3/C4 from C5/C8.
Acetylene Reactor is to convert acetylene in to ethylene by hydrogenation system.
