 Robert has been working as a sales manager for EMEME Robot Co., Ltd at Taipei since Feb 2013.

 Online and Offline Sales Channel Management
2013/02 – Sales Rep(2013) / Sales Manager(2014-)
 Establish marketing strategy for online sales channel in Taiwan and China.
 Build up customer relationship with leading retail chain, MITSUJOSHI, FAR EASTERN, GLOBALMALL, and
TAIMALL and participate in district sales event for producing incremental revenue and branding.
 Manage relationship with domestic TV Home shopping, EHS, U-MALL, VIVA for product promotion.

2013/07 – Sales Rep(2013) / Sales Manager(2014-)
 Research, develop, and execute new product launches: EMEME’s Tulip101(Oct, 2013), Tulip099-01(Jan,
2015), and Tulip200(Mar, 2016).
 Coordinate between distributors’ demand and factory’s supply chain to meet and optimize sales
campaign. Respond promptly to customers’ inquiry and complaints and fix.

 Plan and participate in COMPUTEX, TAITRONICS, and other domestic consumer electronics trade shows
to reach EMEME’s online and offline distributors as well as direct customers in Taiwan.
 Organize and join in AWE and ASIA CES trade show to look for potential retailers in China.
 Implement action plans for IFA trade show in Germany to expand current customer base to Europe.

 Provide highly professional sales and marketing expertise and back up to sales representatives.
 Manage relationship with suppliers, vendors, internal clients and community partners.
 Produce monthly sales report to LOTES and review each marketing budget for sales campaign.
PROJECT EXPERIENCE
2013/02- Sales Channel Management and Functions:
 Create business relationship and build up marketing strategy for leading sales channel online in Taiwan: YAHOO,
PCHOME, MOMO, PAYEASY and so forth, which represents 70% of the sales revenue in Taiwan.
 Sell directly and select appropriate agents to promote EMEME in TMALL, China’s biggest online sales channel,
which contributes to steady order of 1.5k per month for Tulip101.
 Work closely with GSEVEN to make EMEME available on over thirty counters at department stores country-
wide: SOGO, MITSUJOSHI, FAR EASTERN and so forth. Set up promotion counter at GLOBALMALL, and TAIMALL
shopping centers and supervise individual sales performance.
 Produce a 40-minute show to promote and sell EMEME on Home Shopping channels, EHS, U-mall, and VIVA TV.
300 pieces were sold within two weeks.
2013/10- Product Management and Functions:
 Monitor competitors and research, develop, and execute new product launches: EMEME’s Tulip101(Oct, 2013),
Tulip099-01(Jan, 2015), and Tulip200(Mar, 2016) to produce incremental revenue.
 Generate precise forecast from diverse data sources and coordinate between factory and distributors so that
sales event and stock issue can be both properly handled.
 Filter customers’ complaints and negotiate with R&D engineers to refine products for commercial purpose.
 Facilitate all stages of sales activities, from pre-sales promotion, business proposal preparation, and event
management to achieve sales target.
2013/04- Trade Show and Functions:
 Prepare itineraries for the trade show, including booth design, budget management, and sales campaign.
 Participate in the sales event to interact directly with end customers, distributors, and channels so as to make
sound judgments for marketing strategy.
 Compile and maintain a customer database that documents appropriate customer information and contacts
after the show. Select distributors to help brand promotion and sales pipeline in Taiwan and China.
2014/07- Sales Team Management and Functions
 Plan sales strategy and formulate company rules to both increase sales revenues and reduce waste to drive
sales growth and profits for the company.
 Supervise, train, and motivate sales staff with a hands-on style of management. Impact sales through coaching,
counseling , and influencing to accomplish desired outcomes.
 Prepare itineraries, call reports, and monthly business reports with sufficient detail and in a timely manner.

PROJECT EXPERIENCE 2013/02- Sales Channel Management and Functions:  Create business relationship and build up marketing strategy for leading sales channel online in Taiwan: YAHOO, PCHOME, MOMO, PAYEASY and so forth, which represents 70% of the sales revenue in Taiwan.  Sell directly and select appropriate agents to promote EMEME in TMALL, China’s biggest online sales channel, which contributes to steady order of 1.5k per month for Tulip101.  Work closely with GSEVEN to make EMEME available on over thirty counters at department stores country- wide: SOGO, MITSUJOSHI, FAR EASTERN and so forth. Set up promotion counter at GLOBALMALL, and TAIMALL shopping centers and supervise individual sales performance.  Produce a 40-minute show to promote and sell EMEME on Home Shopping channels, EHS, U-mall, and VIVA TV. 300 pieces were sold within two weeks. 2013/10- Product Management and Functions:  Monitor competitors and research, develop, and execute new product launches: EMEME’s Tulip101(Oct, 2013), Tulip099-01(Jan, 2015), and Tulip200(Mar, 2016) to produce incremental revenue.  Generate precise forecast from diverse data sources and coordinate between factory and distributors so that sales event and stock issue can be both properly handled.  Filter customers’ complaints and negotiate with R&D engineers to refine products for commercial purpose.  Facilitate all stages of sales activities, from pre-sales promotion, business proposal preparation, and event management to achieve sales target. 2013/04- Trade Show and Functions:  Prepare itineraries for the trade show, including booth design, budget management, and sales campaign.  Participate in the sales event to interact directly with end customers, distributors, and channels so as to make sound judgments for marketing strategy.  Compile and maintain a customer database that documents appropriate customer information and contacts after the show.
