I am a marketing professional with significant experience in planning campaigns at national level, working
specifically on business plans together with sales management with emphasis on growing and acquiring new
clients in the market. Strong skills in structuring and optimizing work and processes. Also during 2015, I
acquired experience in channel business focusing on opening new markets to meet the annual goals in sales.
My personal working style is characterized by autonomy and maintaining good internal and external
relationships, project leadership, offering constant and timely ideas to achieve business objectives.
After living in Chile for 20 years, I have moved back to Canada, and my career aspiration is to continue my
professional path in marketing with a company that utilizes and challenges my experience, and to become a

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
HOFFMAN AGENCY April 2016 – to date
Project Manager
Currently working freelance for the company, monitoring their projects by being the contact person between
the agency and their clients. Responsible for assuring that tasks and new requirements are handled during
estimated timing to avoid delays in each project.
 Managed a project regarding the creation of a brand name and logo for a client. Improved the
accuracy of time with deliverables to client optimizing time and budget by keeping constant
communication with the client and different teams involved in the company.
MOTOROLA SOLUTIONS CHILE - Santiago April 2015 – March 2016
Channel Commercial Analyst
Responsible for defining and carrying out a work plan with distributors in Chile for Motorola radio talk
about series, and model VLR150. Responsible for giving support in general to the local Channel Radio and
Accessories business as well as implementing the global loyalty program for partners in Chile.
 Executed a plan after insecure purchase behaviour on behalf of distributor to maintain steady
behaviour in each quarter, monitoring the complete process, from placing the order to shipping
from Hong Kong. Constantly involved in each financial step to achieve expedite shipping. At the
same time took the initiative to work on a business plan with our distributor to introduce the talk
about series in retail, specifically in specialized outdoor stores. I was awarded by the VP for this
achievement.
 To increase awareness of the accessories business in our partners, responsible for developing
special offers to generate demand. Concerning the accessory chosen, I proved that an average of
60% of the total amount of accessories sold during the year was accomplished during the period of
this offer.
 Worked on a plan to introduce radio model VLR150 in Chile, defined proper channel and vertical
markets, and achieved orders over CDN$6k during the first month.
 Responsible for giving support to our partners in Chile concerning Motorola´s loyalty partner
program, leveraging the tools the site offers.
AGROSUPER - Santiago 2010 - 2014
Brand Manager - Management Food Service
Responsible for developing and implementing a marketing plan aiming to support the company’s business
plan in regards to meeting and surpassing their sales target at a national level.
 Developed and executed a plan that contributed to the steady growth of 15% year-to-year, taking
full advantage of the use of technology as a supporting tool with our internal and external

 Organized activities and promotions like; night clearance sales, family Sundays and an ice- skating
rink, increasing public traffic in to the mall by 20%.
 Acknowledged by the store lessees for the creativity in the implementation of the ice-skating rink,
which attracted the largest amount of public to the mall.
