to perform well in your workplace

And under the Four Pillars of Learning we call it Learning to do. What is a learning to do? Based on your answer about the picture learning to do is about being professional and if you’re professional you are a competent and a skilled person. Its means that you have the ability to perform well in your workplace and you already applied what you have learned. ____may you read what is Learning to do Learning to do-Entails the acquisition of a competence that enables people to do variety of situations and to work in teams. It says here that learning to do is competence is visible to a person that he is flexible whatever situation he is and he has the ability to cooperate with her team mates or co-workers. And being competent he must be:  Certified skills acquired through technical and vocational training  Personal dynamism  Good problem-solving  Decision-making  Innovative  Team skills  Willingness to take risk May you read the first line_____ I think it’s all about being skilled and competent.
