table, electronic Pen/Scanner, etc.
b)Any communication device – such as Mobile Phone, Bluetooth, Earphones,
Microphone, Pager, Health Band, Camera, etc
c)Other items like Wallet, Goggles, Handbags, pouches, etc.
d)Any eatable item opened or packed, except for diabetic candidates
e)Any other item which could be used for unfair means.
For Regular Candidates – School Uniform
For Private Candidates – Light Clothes
COMMON NOTES
• Drawing instruments are permitted in Maths,Enginering Drawing etc
• Stencils are permitted in Physics and Chemistry
• Stencils or Templates for drawing outline maps are permitted in Geography
• Electronic eqipment like calculators,tape recorders, camers, Bluetooth,
Scanners and mobile phones etc. are neither allowed Nor can be used during
invigilation/examination period by anyone.
• Only blue-black or royal blue ink/ball point/gel pen should be used,No
evaporating ink pens should be used.
• Additional time of 15 minutes before the commencement of examination be
utilized for studying the QP.
IMPORTANT NOTE
• Assistant Superintendents are not
allowed to carry their mobile phones or
any other communication devices to the
examination room/hall.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ASSISTANT SUPERITEDENT
 The Asst. Suprdt. Who have signed the certificate for opening
QPs will be personally held responsible for the negligence
 It should be seen that every candidate gets the correct QP.
 Advisable to make an announcement invariably to this effect at
the time of commencement of examination.
 Female examinees SHOULD BE SEARCHED ONLY BY LADY
ASSISTANT SUPERINDENT.
 Asst. Suprdt. Should verify that ROLL NO. IS NOT WRITTEN
ON GRAPH OR MAPS
 It should be ensure that Candidates do not prolong their stay in
toilet.
 Candidates suffering from any infections disease like small-
pox,flue,mumps etc. should not be allowed to sit in the
room.Immediately inform to centre suprdt.
*Go through all instructions on admit card
*They can use only Blue Ball Point/Gel Pen
*carry: School ID, Admit card & Permitted items
*Must not Carry: Mobile, Wallet, Pures,old QP to exam centers
*They must maintain discipline in exam room
*Read instructions on QP & Answer Book
*Water bottels not allowed
*In case medicine ,handover to the Asst. Suprdt.
Instructions for candidates
NEW SYSTEM FOR OPENING OF THE PARCELS OF
QUESTION PAPERS
 Parcel should be opened in the Control room in the
presence of 04 Asst. Supdt. Out of which 01 should be of
the school other than the examination centre and observer,
if available.
 When Parcel will be opened,requisite number of sealed
envelopes containing 24 question papers in each envelops
will be available.These sealed envelops ARE NOT TO BE
OPENED IN THE CONTROL ROOM.
 The Asst. Supdt. Will open sealed envelop containing 24
QPs in the room itself in the presence of 02 candidates
appearing in the examination from the same room.
 Both the Asst. Supdt. And 02 candidates will give
the cirtificate of opening of the packet of QPs.
 One candidate should be used as a witness only
once.It is expected that this provision will be
announced in the examination room before every
exam,before taking a candidate as witness.
 QP of the absentees candidates/excess should be
immediately returned to the Centre Superintendent
in the same invelop in which QPs were handed
over to the Asst. Supdt.
 Details of the balance QPs be mentioned on the
envelop and signed by the Asst. Supdts.
IMPORTANT POINTS FOR CENTER SUPERINDENTS
 It will be responsibility of the Asst. Suprdt. To check that
seals are intact.The Asst. Suprdt. Should also be provided
a blade to cut open the envelop in the examination room.
 The packets of QPs which are meant for a particular day
are opened 15 minutes before the prescribed time on the
day of examination in the concerned examination room
only,and by the Asst. Suprdt.
 The answer books of Course A/Course B/Core/Elective
Languages are marked such by affixing a rubber stamp by
using violet colour stamp pad ink only at the top of the title
page in the middle in order to avoid mixing up of answer
books at the examination centres.
SCHEDULE ON EXAM DAY -
*24 candidates in 01 room,ensure the details written on the green board regarding paper
code and subject and roll on desk.
*Start of entry by candidate in examination room 9.45 am to 10.00 am
*Opening of sealed QP Parcels in Control room 10.00 am
*Last entry in the examination Centre 10.00 am
*Ensure roll no. then allow, match through seating arrangement done on table individually .
Checking of Admit cards, Announcement to ensure
for unfair means… 9.45 am to 10.00 am
*Distribution of Main Book (answer sheet) 10.00 am.
*Opening of QP parcels in room 10.10 am
*Distribution of the Question Paper 10.15 am
*Examination starts 10.30 am
*Examination conclude 1.30 pm

  • 3. PERMITTED ITEMS BARRED ITEMS DRESS CODE a)Admit Card b)Stationary item i.e Transparent Pouch, Geometry/Pencil Box, Blue/Royal blue Ink/Ball Point/Gel Pen, Scale, Writing Pad, Eraser c)Metro Card, Bus Pass a)Textual material (printed or written), bits of paper, Calculator, Pen drives, Log table, electronic Pen/Scanner, etc. b)Any communication device – such as Mobile Phone, Bluetooth, Earphones, Microphone, Pager, Health Band, Camera, etc c)Other items like Wallet, Goggles, Handbags, pouches, etc. d)Any eatable item opened or packed, except for diabetic candidates e)Any other item which could be used for unfair means. For Regular Candidates – School Uniform For Private Candidates – Light Clothes
  • 4. COMMON NOTES • Drawing instruments are permitted in Maths,Enginering Drawing etc • Stencils are permitted in Physics and Chemistry • Stencils or Templates for drawing outline maps are permitted in Geography • Electronic eqipment like calculators,tape recorders, camers, Bluetooth, Scanners and mobile phones etc. are neither allowed Nor can be used during invigilation/examination period by anyone. • Only blue-black or royal blue ink/ball point/gel pen should be used,No evaporating ink pens should be used. • Additional time of 15 minutes before the commencement of examination be utilized for studying the QP. IMPORTANT NOTE • Assistant Superintendents are not allowed to carry their mobile phones or any other communication devices to the examination room/hall.
  • 5. INSTRUCTIONS FOR ASSISTANT SUPERITEDENT  The Asst. Suprdt. Who have signed the certificate for opening QPs will be personally held responsible for the negligence  It should be seen that every candidate gets the correct QP.  Advisable to make an announcement invariably to this effect at the time of commencement of examination.  Female examinees SHOULD BE SEARCHED ONLY BY LADY ASSISTANT SUPERINDENT.  Asst. Suprdt. Should verify that ROLL NO. IS NOT WRITTEN ON GRAPH OR MAPS  It should be ensure that Candidates do not prolong their stay in toilet.  Candidates suffering from any infections disease like small- pox,flue,mumps etc. should not be allowed to sit in the room.Immediately inform to centre suprdt.
  • 6. *Go through all instructions on admit card *They can use only Blue Ball Point/Gel Pen *carry: School ID, Admit card & Permitted items *Must not Carry: Mobile, Wallet, Pures,old QP to exam centers *They must maintain discipline in exam room *Read instructions on QP & Answer Book *Water bottels not allowed *In case medicine ,handover to the Asst. Suprdt. Instructions for candidates
  • 7. NEW SYSTEM FOR OPENING OF THE PARCELS OF QUESTION PAPERS  Parcel should be opened in the Control room in the presence of 04 Asst. Supdt. Out of which 01 should be of the school other than the examination centre and observer, if available.  When Parcel will be opened,requisite number of sealed envelopes containing 24 question papers in each envelops will be available.These sealed envelops ARE NOT TO BE OPENED IN THE CONTROL ROOM.  The Asst. Supdt. Will open sealed envelop containing 24 QPs in the room itself in the presence of 02 candidates appearing in the examination from the same room.
  • 8.  Both the Asst. Supdt. And 02 candidates will give the cirtificate of opening of the packet of QPs.  One candidate should be used as a witness only once.It is expected that this provision will be announced in the examination room before every exam,before taking a candidate as witness.  QP of the absentees candidates/excess should be immediately returned to the Centre Superintendent in the same invelop in which QPs were handed over to the Asst. Supdt.  Details of the balance QPs be mentioned on the envelop and signed by the Asst. Supdts.
  • 9. IMPORTANT POINTS FOR CENTER SUPERINDENTS  It will be responsibility of the Asst. Suprdt. To check that seals are intact.The Asst. Suprdt. Should also be provided a blade to cut open the envelop in the examination room.  The packets of QPs which are meant for a particular day are opened 15 minutes before the prescribed time on the day of examination in the concerned examination room only,and by the Asst. Suprdt.  The answer books of Course A/Course B/Core/Elective Languages are marked such by affixing a rubber stamp by using violet colour stamp pad ink only at the top of the title page in the middle in order to avoid mixing up of answer books at the examination centres.

SCHEDULE ON EXAM DAY - *24 candidates in 01 room,ensure the details written on the green board regarding paper code and subject and roll on desk. *Start of entry by candidate in examination room 9.45 am to 10.00 am *Opening of sealed QP Parcels in Control room 10.00 am *Last entry in the examination Centre 10.00 am *Ensure roll no. then allow, match through seating arrangement done on table individually . Checking of Admit cards, Announcement to ensure for unfair means… 9.45 am to 10.00 am *Distribution of Main Book (answer sheet) 10.00 am. *Opening of QP parcels in room 10.10 am *Distribution of the Question Paper 10.15 am *Examination starts 10.30 am *Examination conclude 1.30 pm

  • 17. INSTRUCTIONS TO FILL ATTENDANCE SHEETS * If child is absent write in capital ABSENT using RED Pen in column 5 And both Asst. Supdt. Will put his/her signature. *Paper code will be written by candidate *Candidate will mention Main answer book and supplementary book no. in respective column ATTENDANCE SHEET OF ONE CANDIDATE
