DISPLAY OF ANSWER KEY FOR
CHALLENGES
 Provisional Answer Key of the questions will be available on the NTA
website: https://cuet.samarth.ac.in/ to provide an opportunity to the
candidates to challenge the Provisional Answer Keys with a non-refundable
online payment of ₹ 200/- per question
 The subject experts will examine all the challenges received and then a final
answer key will be displayed and declared.
 The result will be compiled based on the final answer key declared.
 DISPLAY OF RECORDED RESPONSES
 The NTA will display the recorded responses and Question Paper
attempted by the candidates on the NTA website prior to the declaration of
the result.

Q/A ROUND
 Admission are done on the basis of the eligibility requirements, criteria, and
procedures specified by the University on its website.
 Simply appearing in CUET will not be a sufficient condition to secure a seat in
UoD. For admission to the UoD UG Programs, a candidate has to apply in CSAS.
 Admission to all Undergraduate programs is through CUET, except for the
School of Open Learning, Non-Collegiate Woman Education Board.
 An online platform at www.admission.uod.ac.in will be made available for
seeking admission through CSAS.
 There will be no offline filling of the CSAS Application Form.

CSAS- APPLICATION FORM
In the Personal Section, the details entered must match with the
particulars mentioned in the certificates/documents of the
candidate.
Candidate who had opted for PwBd category in CUET(UG) will not
be allowed to change his/her category
Candidate must ensure that the Bank Account details filled in by
him/her are valid and belong to the candidate or his/her immediate
family members. It may be noted that refunds (if any) by UoD, will
be made in this account only
One-time CSAS Application fee
(non-refundable):-

UR/OBC-NCL/EWS Rs. 250.00 (Rupees Two Hundred Fifty Only)
SC/ST/PwBD Rs. 100.00 (Rupees Hundred Only)
• Note :- A candidate applying for ECA and/or Sports supernumerary quota
will have to pay an additional fee of Rs. 100.00 (Rupees Hundred only) for
each quota.
ALLOCATION RULES
 The Highest Possible Preference will be provisionally allocated to a candidate considering
the following criteria:
a. Program-Group merit list (Programs with same Program-Specific Eligibility Criteria make a
Program-Group).
b. Category (UR/OBC-NCL/SC/ST/EWS/Minority/PwBD/KM).
c. Availability of seats.
 The merit list for the Unreserved (UR) category will also include SC/ST/OBC-NCL
/Minority/EWS candidates
 If candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/Minority/PwBD/CW/KM category do not
have a valid certificate. They will not be considered for allocation in the relevant category
as claimed. He/She may be considered under UR category in next Round.
SEAT ALLOCATION AND ADMISSION
 To participate in subsequent rounds, candidate must accept the seat allocated to
him/her.
 In case a candidate is offered multiple seats in a particular round, s(he) must
"Accept" ONE Allocated seat ONLY.
 Inactivity/no-action will be taken as non-acceptance to the Allocated Seat.
 Once the candidate "Accept" the provisionally Allocated Seat, the concerned
College will check the eligibility and documents uploaded by the candidate.
 During the online approval process, if a college seeks more clarity/information from
the candidate, it may raise a query to the Candidate
SEAT ALLOCATION AND ADMISSION
 After verification, the College will either 'Approve' or 'Reject' the
provisionally Allocated Seat of the candidate.
 Once the College accords the approval, the candidate will have to
pay the 'Admission Fee'
 if an application gets rejected, the College will state the reason for
rejection.
UPGRADE
 Choosing the option 'Upgrade' will mean that the candidate consents to consideration of an offer
of admission to a Program + College Combination of his/her higher preference in the subsequent
round (if any). His/her current admitted seat will be auto canceled if new preference/s is/are
allocated.
 A candidate who opts for 'Upgrade' can also reorder the Program + College Combinations that
were higher in preference than the allocated one.
 A candidate who gets upgraded will have to 'Accept' the upgraded seat and complete the
admission procedures on the upgraded Allocated Seat/s. If a candidate does not do any activity on
the upgraded seat/s, it will, by default, be considered canceled and the candidate will be out of
CSAS.
 In case, a candidate does not get upgraded, his/her admission to the earlier seat will be retained.
FREEZE
 Candidates must "Freeze" their admission only if they are satisfied with
it and do not want to be considered for subsequent allocations.
 If an admitted candidate neither opts for up gradation nor opts for
Freeze, and remains inactive for a round, the admission taken by
him/her will be retained and he/she will not be considered for up
gradation.
SUBSEQUENT ROUNDS OF
ALLOCATION
 The UoD will display the vacant seats on its admission website (admission.uod.ac.in) before
every allocation round.
 All candidates who have applied for CSAS will be eligible for all allocation rounds, except
those whose allocated seat/admission has been canceled for whatever reason.
 Candidates who were allocated their first preference in any round will not be considered in
subsequent rounds of allocation.
 In subsequent round of allocation, you may reorder of your preferences.
CANCELLATION OF PROVISIONALLY
ALLOCATED SEAT/ADMISSION
1. Failure to 'Accept' the provisionally Allocated Seat within the stipulated
timeline.
2. If a candidate fails to pay the Admission fees within the stipulated time.
3. Any of the document(s)/certificate(s) is/are found to be invalid/fraudulent.
4. It is found that a candidate does not meet the Minimum Eligibility Criteria
as declared by UoD.
WITHDRAWAL OF ADMISSION BY THE
CANDIDATE
 A candidate who has taken an admission but wishes to withdraw can do
so through his/her dashboard by selecting the 'Withdraw' option and
paying a withdrawal fee of Rs. 1000.00 (non-refundable).
 A candidate who withdraws his/her admission will be out of CSAS. No
further participation in any of the subsequent allocation rounds (if any)
will be allowed.
 There will be no option to withdraw the admission once the Spot
Admission round is announced
MID-ENTRY
 Candidates who failed to apply for CSAS within the stipulated time and are
desirous of participating in CSAS can participate through the Mid-Entry window
by paying a Mid-Entry fee of Rs. 1000.00 (non-refundable).
 It will be mandatory for the Mid-Entrant to take admission on the seat allocated
to him/her, if offered.
 There will be no option of 'Upgrade'.
 Mid-Entry will not be allowed for Performance-Based Programs (B.A.(Hons)
Music, B.Sc Physical Education, Health Education, and Sports), and ECA,
Sports Supernumerary Quota.
SPOT ADMISSION
 After the completion of regular CSAS rounds, if seats remain vacant, UoD may announce Spot
round/s of admission.
 Candidates who applied for CSAS but were not admitted to any College on the date of declaration of
the Spot Admission round can participate in Spot Admissions.
 On the announcement of Spot Admission, the admission of all already candidates will be locked and
they will not be considered for upgrades. Similarly, the admitted candidates will not be allowed to
withdraw their admissions.
 To be considered in a Spot Admission round, the candidate will have to opt for 'Spot Admission'
through his/her dashboard.
 The seat allocated in a particular Spot Admission round will be final.
TIE-BREAKING RULES
1. Higher percentage of aggregate marks in the Best 3 subjects of Class XII
2. Higher percentage of aggregate marks in the Best 4 subjects of Class XII
3. Higher percentage of aggregate marks in the Best 5 subjects of Class XII
4. Age of the candidate; preference will be given to the candidate having an
earlier date of birth.
CHANGE OF CLASS XII PASSING STATUS
Due to revision of Cass XIIth passing status, if a candidate
fulfills the 'Minimum Common Eligibility' criteria and
becomes eligible for admission, then such a candidate may
apply to CSAS through Mid-Entry.
ADMISSION TO PERFORMANCE-BASED PROGRAMS
B.A.(HONS.) MUSIC and B.Sc. PHYSICAL EDUCATION,
HEALTH EDUCATION, AND SPORTS
 Will have to appear for the Performance-Based test.
For the merit list, 50% weightage will be given to the
CUET(UG) - score and 50% weightage will be given
to the score obtained from the Performance-Based
test.
ACTIVITIES AND SPORTS (SUPERNUMERARY
QUOTA)
Representation of at least 1% each (of total intake capacity of
the College) for ECA and Sports supernumerary quota is
mandatory for all Colleges, subject to a ceiling of 5% of total
intake capacity of the College in total for ECA and Sports
together.
ADMISSION ON OTHER SUPERNUMERARY
QUOTAS
1. PERSONS WITH BENCHMARK DISABILITY (PwBD):-
Five percent (5%) of the total sanctioned strength in each Program of
all Colleges are reserved for PwBD candidates
2. CHILDREN / WIDOWS OF PERSONNEL OF THE ARMED FORCES (CW):-
Five percent (5%) of seats are reserved for candidates for Children / Widows of
Personnel of the Armed Forces (CW), Program-wise, in all colleges
3. KASHMIRI MIGRANTS (KM):-
Upto 5% of seats are reserved Program-wise in all Colleges for the Wards of
Kashmiri Migrants

DISPLAY OF ANSWER KEY FOR CHALLENGES  Provisional Answer Key of the questions will be available on the NTA website: https://cuet.samarth.ac.in/ to provide an opportunity to the candidates to challenge the Provisional Answer Keys with a non-refundable online payment of ₹ 200/- per question  The subject experts will examine all the challenges received and then a final answer key will be displayed and declared.  The result will be compiled based on the final answer key declared.  DISPLAY OF RECORDED RESPONSES  The NTA will display the recorded responses and Question Paper attempted by the candidates on the NTA website prior to the declaration of the result. After Challenges NTA Release Final Answer Key.

  • 42.  Admission are done on the basis of the eligibility requirements, criteria, and procedures specified by the University on its website.  Simply appearing in CUET will not be a sufficient condition to secure a seat in UoD. For admission to the UoD UG Programs, a candidate has to apply in CSAS.  Admission to all Undergraduate programs is through CUET, except for the School of Open Learning, Non-Collegiate Woman Education Board.  An online platform at www.admission.uod.ac.in will be made available for seeking admission through CSAS.  There will be no offline filling of the CSAS Application Form. CSAS- APPLICATION FORM In the Personal Section, the details entered must match with the particulars mentioned in the certificates/documents of the candidate. Candidate who had opted for PwBd category in CUET(UG) will not be allowed to change his/her category Candidate must ensure that the Bank Account details filled in by him/her are valid and belong to the candidate or his/her immediate family members. It may be noted that refunds (if any) by UoD, will be made in this account only

  • 48. ALLOCATION RULES  The Highest Possible Preference will be provisionally allocated to a candidate considering the following criteria: a. Program-Group merit list (Programs with same Program-Specific Eligibility Criteria make a Program-Group). b. Category (UR/OBC-NCL/SC/ST/EWS/Minority/PwBD/KM). c. Availability of seats.  The merit list for the Unreserved (UR) category will also include SC/ST/OBC-NCL /Minority/EWS candidates  If candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/Minority/PwBD/CW/KM category do not have a valid certificate. They will not be considered for allocation in the relevant category as claimed. He/She may be considered under UR category in next Round.

SEAT ALLOCATION AND ADMISSION  To participate in subsequent rounds, candidate must accept the seat allocated to him/her.  In case a candidate is offered multiple seats in a particular round, s(he) must "Accept" ONE Allocated seat ONLY.  Inactivity/no-action will be taken as non-acceptance to the Allocated Seat.  Once the candidate "Accept" the provisionally Allocated Seat, the concerned College will check the eligibility and documents uploaded by the candidate.  During the online approval process, if a college seeks more clarity/information from the candidate, it may raise a query to the Candidate

SEAT ALLOCATION AND ADMISSION  After verification, the College will either 'Approve' or 'Reject' the provisionally Allocated Seat of the candidate.  Once the College accords the approval, the candidate will have to pay the 'Admission Fee'  if an application gets rejected, the College will state the reason for rejection.
  • 51. UPGRADE  Choosing the option 'Upgrade' will mean that the candidate consents to consideration of an offer of admission to a Program + College Combination of his/her higher preference in the subsequent round (if any). His/her current admitted seat will be auto canceled if new preference/s is/are allocated.  A candidate who opts for 'Upgrade' can also reorder the Program + College Combinations that were higher in preference than the allocated one.  A candidate who gets upgraded will have to 'Accept' the upgraded seat and complete the admission procedures on the upgraded Allocated Seat/s. If a candidate does not do any activity on the upgraded seat/s, it will, by default, be considered canceled and the candidate will be out of CSAS.  In case, a candidate does not get upgraded, his/her admission to the earlier seat will be retained.

FREEZE  Candidates must "Freeze" their admission only if they are satisfied with it and do not want to be considered for subsequent allocations.  If an admitted candidate neither opts for up gradation nor opts for Freeze, and remains inactive for a round, the admission taken by him/her will be retained and he/she will not be considered for up gradation.
  • 53. SUBSEQUENT ROUNDS OF ALLOCATION  The UoD will display the vacant seats on its admission website (admission.uod.ac.in) before every allocation round.  All candidates who have applied for CSAS will be eligible for all allocation rounds, except those whose allocated seat/admission has been canceled for whatever reason.  Candidates who were allocated their first preference in any round will not be considered in subsequent rounds of allocation.  In subsequent round of allocation, you may reorder of your preferences.
  • 54. CANCELLATION OF PROVISIONALLY ALLOCATED SEAT/ADMISSION 1. Failure to 'Accept' the provisionally Allocated Seat within the stipulated timeline. 2. If a candidate fails to pay the Admission fees within the stipulated time. 3. Any of the document(s)/certificate(s) is/are found to be invalid/fraudulent. 4. It is found that a candidate does not meet the Minimum Eligibility Criteria as declared by UoD.

WITHDRAWAL OF ADMISSION BY THE CANDIDATE  A candidate who has taken an admission but wishes to withdraw can do so through his/her dashboard by selecting the 'Withdraw' option and paying a withdrawal fee of Rs. 1000.00 (non-refundable).  A candidate who withdraws his/her admission will be out of CSAS. No further participation in any of the subsequent allocation rounds (if any) will be allowed.  There will be no option to withdraw the admission once the Spot Admission round is announced

MID-ENTRY  Candidates who failed to apply for CSAS within the stipulated time and are desirous of participating in CSAS can participate through the Mid-Entry window by paying a Mid-Entry fee of Rs. 1000.00 (non-refundable).  It will be mandatory for the Mid-Entrant to take admission on the seat allocated to him/her, if offered.  There will be no option of 'Upgrade'.  Mid-Entry will not be allowed for Performance-Based Programs (B.A.(Hons) Music, B.Sc Physical Education, Health Education, and Sports), and ECA, Sports Supernumerary Quota.

SPOT ADMISSION  After the completion of regular CSAS rounds, if seats remain vacant, UoD may announce Spot round/s of admission.  Candidates who applied for CSAS but were not admitted to any College on the date of declaration of the Spot Admission round can participate in Spot Admissions.  On the announcement of Spot Admission, the admission of all already candidates will be locked and they will not be considered for upgrades. Similarly, the admitted candidates will not be allowed to withdraw their admissions.  To be considered in a Spot Admission round, the candidate will have to opt for 'Spot Admission' through his/her dashboard.  The seat allocated in a particular Spot Admission round will be final.
  • 58. TIE-BREAKING RULES 1. Higher percentage of aggregate marks in the Best 3 subjects of Class XII 2. Higher percentage of aggregate marks in the Best 4 subjects of Class XII 3. Higher percentage of aggregate marks in the Best 5 subjects of Class XII 4. Age of the candidate; preference will be given to the candidate having an earlier date of birth.
  • 59. CHANGE OF CLASS XII PASSING STATUS Due to revision of Cass XIIth passing status, if a candidate fulfills the 'Minimum Common Eligibility' criteria and becomes eligible for admission, then such a candidate may apply to CSAS through Mid-Entry.
  • 60. ADMISSION TO PERFORMANCE-BASED PROGRAMS B.A.(HONS.) MUSIC and B.Sc. PHYSICAL EDUCATION, HEALTH EDUCATION, AND SPORTS  Will have to appear for the Performance-Based test. For the merit list, 50% weightage will be given to the CUET(UG) - score and 50% weightage will be given to the score obtained from the Performance-Based test.

ACTIVITIES AND SPORTS (SUPERNUMERARY QUOTA) Representation of at least 1% each (of total intake capacity of the College) for ECA and Sports supernumerary quota is mandatory for all Colleges, subject to a ceiling of 5% of total intake capacity of the College in total for ECA and Sports together.
