2. Imp Task:
 Satisfactory & Fair environment – to perform to the
best of their abilities
 Maintain confidentiality, integrity & security before,
during and after the exam.
 Prevent and report candidates who malpractice in any
form

3. Responsibilities
 Allow entry at 7:30 A.M & at 1:30 PM
 Criteria to make entry: Nothing is allowed except AIP &
Only after Proper metal frisking
 Take LTI & photograph in Biometric machine.
 Candidates are seated on their respective seats
 No candidate to be allowed entry after 8:45 A.M.& 2:45 PM

4. Responsibilities
 Sign the “ No Relation Certificate”( At earliest)
 Wear “ On Examination Duty” Badge & return it
back.
 Collect material Like red pen, glu, inkless pad etc
 Use only Red Pen for every work

8. Must full fill:
 Match the photographs of all the candidates as shown
on the screen of each candidate.
 After taking the manual attendance MARK “ ABSENT”
with red pen in col 3 & 4 of attendance of candidates
who are absent.
 Submit the attendance sheet as well as ink- less pad
immediately after completion to control room for
further verification.

9. Remember:
 Use only Red Pen
 Should not read any questions
 Should not interpret any question
 No clarification should be offered on technical aspect
of the questions

10. Remember:
 Keep strict vigil during the entire period of exam
 Ensure that no candidates is copying down the
questions.
 You can change the seat of any candidate(due to
technical reason) only after getting permission from
“AIIMS FACULTY”
 Collect the Admit card at the end of the examination.

11. Announcement for Candidates:
 Only Admit card, ID proof & Photo is allowed plz
remove all the belonging if any one have
 Tell the total duration of exam is 3.5 hours.
 They can leave the exam hall only after 12:30 A.M/
6:30 P.M
 Please don't use the key board

12. Announcement for Candidates
 Q.Paper will be in both language : you can chose it by
your own choice
 Response( answer) needs to be saved for evaluation,
answer marked for review will NOT be considered for
evaluation, unless saved
 Do rough work on the back of Admit card
 Keep your admit card on the table.
