In front of Main Gate of the site ,there is a 30mt. Wide
road.
There is a Railway Crossing near the site.
The site is fully covered with newly developed
residential and commercial schemes.
Importance to greenery is given optimum.
At backside of the Site, there is small piece of unused
open land.
18. Microclimate
The climate of Ahmedabad is Generally Dry. The
temperature varies here from 5°C to 47°C. here Annual
Rainfall is of about 93.2 cm.
Here summer lasts from months of March to June.
Monsoon from July to October, 7 Winter from
November to February.
In summer ,there is Hot weather with humidity.
In Monsoon ,south west monsoon brings rain.

Sarkhej - Gandhinagar Highway is 2km and Sardar
Patel Ring Road is 1km away from the site.
21. Topography
Ahmedabad is situated in the center of Gujarat.
There are no notable hilly areas in Ahmedabad but the
central portion of ahmedabad is Elevated somewhat
high.
The sabarmati river also effects the topography of
Ahmedabad.
Topography of the Site is Elevated to 88.69m or 88.69ft
from the Sea level.

Green spaces are adding a great look and also a
requirement of clean and cool air.
There are Total 98 no. o trees are planted on an
average of 1 trees per every 75 sq.mts. Area.
Common plot of 649.11 sq.mts. is also covered with

Here, the planning have been done on a philosophy
