This document summarizes a study on awareness of reservation policy for scheduled caste people in an urban block. It finds that the majority of respondents were unaware of reservation policies for education and employment at central and state levels. While government aims to provide opportunities through reservation, this is often not effectively communicated and many eligible candidates do not take advantage of existing schemes. The study recommends intensive awareness programs and ongoing training to better promote scheduled caste students and help them access reservation benefits.

A intensive awareness program based on education, employment for sc people
is required very much.

from their down position.
RECOMENDATION
24. Conclusion
However today all sections of the society have
developed economically , culturally and socially
Hence the need for reservation is limited
Complete elimination of reservation is not possible
considering the current political scenario
Hence reservation should be provided to the people
who really need it and those people should be tracked
regularly ..
