Climate change refers to changes in weather patterns over time due to an increase in temperature caused by greenhouse gases trapping heat in the atmosphere. The two main phenomena associated with climate change are the greenhouse effect and global warming. The greenhouse effect occurs when gases like carbon dioxide in the atmosphere prevent heat from escaping, similar to the way a greenhouse retains heat. Global warming describes the rise in average temperatures worldwide due to these increased greenhouse gases. If climate change continues unchecked, its effects will include further temperature increases, changes to ecosystems, and threats to human health and agriculture.

reference to the historical climate in a
global or regional scale.
• These changes are due to different
weather scales as well as the
meteorological parameters: temperature,
atmospheric pressure, rainfalls, haziness,
etc.

4. GLOBAL WARMING?
• Global Warming is a name used to refer to
the phenomena of the increase of the
medium global temperature of the oceans
and the earthly atmosphere.

5. GREENHOUSE EFFECT?
• Greenhouse effect is the phenomena because of
some gases, that are the components of the earthly
atmosphere, have some of its energy that the planetary
surface send out for having been warmed by the solar
radiation.
• It affects to every planetary rocks with atmosphere.
• this phenomena avoids that the received energy comes
back inmediately to the space, producing a similar effect
to the view in a greenhouse.
• In the Solar System the planets that have greenhouse
are Venus, Earth and Mars.
