National Apprenticeship Service – Skills Funding Agency - June 2014 – Present
• Acting as the lead on the helpdesk for all enquiries and training needs of
my colleagues
• Producing reports and sending breakdowns of work volumes to the
higher management team and also my immediate team
• Producing training manuals and putting processes in place for the team
• Supporting my manager with training needs of staff and covering for
other teams in times of increased workload
• Arranging meetings
• Answering all emails/calls/CRM Requests or leads into the helpdesk within
an SLA of 24 hours.
• Acting as the lead for our Find an Apprenticeship project (the new
service where applicants can search for apprenticeships). I feed back to
our site developers what works and what doesn’t – so we can make
amendments to help the site run more smoothly.
• I act as first point of contact for any technical issues being raised
regarding the new service – if I then need to escalate I will do, whilst
keeping a record of any specific issues.
