 Responsible for all samples & catalogue receive from supplier’s
 Reply the receive letters as per Manager instructions
 Preparing drawings transmittals & material submittals
 Preparing staff monthly timesheet & over time sheet
 Preparing Furniture Quotation according to Manager instruction
 Responsible for filing letters (incoming & outgoing) all documents
(Drawings, Specifications, B.O.Q, Catalogues, Material Samples etc…)
 Responsible for receiving & dispatching documents, drawings, & samples
through UTC, TNT services
 Preparing all projects drawings list (ID Drawings, Architectural, Structural,
Electrical & Mechanical Drawings)
 Maintaining a schedule and informative character of the appointments
and reminding him of his meeting schedule
