• Licensed for Property and Casualty since February 2014.
• Answer 13 line switchboards for 30 employees and direct or message staff accordingly.
• Process all the monthly logging payroll reports and direct to companies for credit.
• Process all the logging DWC-82 forms and check for compliance for all added drivers.
• Forward completed information above to the Texas Department of Insurance for them to record and process.
• Process all final audits for direct bill for the agency and notify insured of findings and how to dispute.
