free salaries and free housing for pilots with less than 1500 hours a very attractive opportunity. This

The book The 7 Habits Of Highly Effective People is a really interesting book. This makes you think
about how you are as a person and wonders if you are doing things right or if you are even doing
anything about it. It makes you think about whether or not you are an effective person. The seven
habits gives you a different perspective about life, your relationship with others, and a deeper

I am not only trying to change myself on the inside but I also have to change myself on the outside.
Covey (2004) discusses about the four dimensions of renewal that include: the physical, mental,
spiritual, and social/emotional dimensions (p. 300). It is cleansing my spiritual dimension by
meditating with peace or with God, or just rethinking about what my values and goals are in life. It is
renewing my physical dimension by eating the right foods, working out, and taking care of my body.
It is continuing to learn new things and being open to new ideas to renew my mental dimension.
Lastly, it is communicating effectively, synergizing, and creating relationships with people to enhance
my social/emotional dimension. Renewing myself can change my perspective on life, how I perform
at work and at school. It can change my attitude and my confidence in myself. However, I need to
work on the four dimensions in a balanced way. I must retain balance and make sure that I am
working on the renewal of the four dimensions because if I do not have balance, I will have difficulty
in accomplishing the renewal of another

Bob Taasco Ford Mustang
Bob Tasca knows his stuff and time and again he has proved just how much he does. His work has
been noticed and has earned him praise and appreciation from his peers as well as car enthusiasts all
over the world. His exemplary work on the Thunderbolt drag racers put him on the forefront when it
comes to designers and when the time came; he was called in to put in some work for the Ford
Mustang. Plans to redesign the Mustang for the 1967 and 1968 model years brought about a powerful

clot or blockage in the lungs. A pulmonary embolism can be small or massive. Either small or massive
can cause serious complications in an individual. Breathlessness, chest pain, coughing up blood
(hemoptysis), a mildly raised body temperature, tachycardia, and sometimes no symptoms at all are all
acute symptoms of a pulmonary embolism. Severe breathlessness, chest pain, feeling faint, and some
cases cardiac arrest are all symptoms of a chronic pulmonary embolism (Hartree, 2014).

A pulmonary embolism occurs when a clot breaks off somewhere in the body and travels to the lungs
causing a blockage (2016). If a pulmonary embolism is caught early enough, it can be treated with
medications known as clot busters. If the pulmonary embolism is not found early enough, it can lead

Written by author Tim O Brien after his own experience in Vietnam, The Things They Carried is a
short story that introduces the reader to the experiences of soldiers away at war. O Brien uses potent
metaphors with a third person narrator to shape each character. In doing so, the reader is able to
sympathize with the internal and external struggles the men endure. These symbolic comparisons
often give even the smallest details great literary weight, due to their dual meanings. The symbolism

By mentioning common and familiar items such as gum, candy, and Kool Aid, the characters become
more than soldiers carrying ammo. It is easier for the reader to relate to the everyday accessible items.
Despite being war heroes, as people often assume soldiers are, such symbols allow them appear as
unique individuals with evolving personalities.
O Brien continues his allegorical index of items in the soldier s inventory, which establishes the
emotional and spiritual needs each soldier has for survival. Rat Kiley, the unit s medic carried comic
books and M M s which O Brien describes as things necessary for a medic to carry. The passage that
reads Rat Kiley carried a canvas satchel filled with morphine and plasma and malaria tablets and
surgical tape and comic books and all the things a medic must carry, including M M s for especially
bad wounds (O Brien 339 340), is a perfect example of such symbolism. The reader knows that comic
books and chocolate candies have little to no medicinal value, but because they are carried with Kiley
s medical supplies required for survival, they are of import to Kiley s emotional survival. Having no
practical physical application, he uses the items as an emotional distraction or a coping mechanism.
Beyond the emotional needs of the men, the reader is met with Kiowa s spiritual need. Introduced

Electronics always fail, no matter what, I think that the Untited States should stop using electronic
voting because its not really fair and in some ways you get cheated out. In 2013, a national magazine
ran an articile about a man who explained how, with basic computer knowledge and tools, was able to
tamper with votes on EVMs. Life is about being fair and I think everyone should be treated equal, the
