8. BTS Tournament Experience 4 Simulated Periods Business Simulation Online Pre-work & Case Tournament Introduction Interactive online knowledge sessions build on the simulation experience. Typical Know-how topics include assessing financial performance and the drivers of value. Participants in teams run a simulated corporation as its new executive team. The teams compete to execute strategy, drive KPIs and build value over several years. Feedback Sessions on simulation decisions and results during which “real-life” practices and issues are surfaced and team discuss the implications in context of their company's real world issues.
