• Managed new branding direction, creative and copy, for the following company elements:
o Logo - Competitive research caused me to challenge the new logo that was being
launched when I started. This allowed me to revise the brand prior to hard launch.
o Packaging & Cups- Redesigned packaging allowing it to merchandised correctly in retail
shelf space. Resulted in Kroger and Whole Foods coffee aisle availability.
o Web-Site - Developed new web-site that enhanced consumer/customer experience, as
well as provide interactive resources/communication for our community of 85 stores.
• Identified $1.4 million loss in a business segment, which resulted in sales focus opportunity.

Senior Marketing Activation Manager (2001 – 2007)
Supported the #1 Division in North America comprised of Ohio, Indiana and Michigan. Responsible for
maintaining brand equity of all Coca-Cola brands while creating and executing customer/consumer driven
promotions, which include custom POS, packaging and radio campaigns. Manage “Prestige Properties”
to ensure contractual commitments are fulfilled. Maintain & enhance bottler (CCE) relationships.
Localize national platforms & brand/package launches, while educating our sales teams, media and
accounts on initiatives. Manage creative agencies, packaging suppliers, sampling teams, & budgets.
• Exclusive Marketing Manager that supported the four Kroger KMA’s within our Region, which
allowed me to execute Kroger national initiatives in over 500 stores, as well as develop local
market initiatives in each KMA, quarterly.
• Known as “College Marketing Expert” & appointed to manage special projects for College/Sports
Team in Atlanta. Developed college channel Standards Handbook & Commemorating Events
Tool-Kit which are used nationally. Co-developed Coca-Cola Game Day mobile tour &
interactive web based promotion with EPrize for top five national colleges.
• Executed over 50 brand & package launches which incorporated sales decks, POS, retailer tool-
kits, PR/sampling efforts and implemented Kick-Off Rallies to 12 CCE Sales Centers.
• Developed national partnership with the Association of Junior League International to help
launch TaB energy into the market. Within a month, negotiated a partnership to have product
sampled at all 231 leagues, along with developing kick-off kits that were distributed to integrate
our branding with the local chapters. Over 115,000 ladies engaged with brand week of launch.
• Assisted in negotiations, managing contractual commitments & activation initiatives for the
following properties: The Ohio State University, Columbus Blue Jackets, Indianapolis Colts,
Detroit Pistons, Detroit Red Wings, Six Flags, Columbus Zoo, Ohio Expo Center.
• Create and implement over 60 consumer/price driven programs annually, utilizing custom
packaging in 60%, custom POS in 100% and achieved in-market dates at a rate of 95%.
• Activated The Ohio State University 2003 NCAA Football National Champions platform and
created exceptional PR/volume driving program. Commemorative custom can was designed,
delivered & placed in Coach Tressel’s hand during ESPN live conference after game. Received
second place award for NCAA Best Practice/Activation in our country. Custom packaging
