address this said state of unperturbed ness, their interpretations of how to reach ataraxia differ slightly,
though all may be applied to my argument. In his The Skeptic Way, Sextus Empiricus discusses the
process of achievement of ataraxia through differentiating between natural goods and bads. When one
accepts that what is good and bad cannot be distinguished definitely, they must choose whether to

Homeostasis is the way that a system functions to control and maintain the body s physiological
systems. This system consists of:
Stimulus: This is what causes the change of the variable.
Variables: This is what changes to cause the systems out of equilibrium. This could be things such as:
blood glucose levels, body temperature, salt levels, ph levels, blood pressure.
Receptor: This is what detects the change. (pancreas)
Control Centre: This is what decides what to do about the change
Effector: This is the solution to maintain internal levels back to them optimum or equilibrium level.

This means when blood glucose levels rise above the optimum level, the organ s cells can t absorb the
glucose into the cells, and the liver can t convert it into glycogen to store, like it usually would if
insulin were present. (5) Type 2 diabetes is when the body doesn t recognize the insulin and therefore
cannot spread the glucose out of the blood to the rest of the body s organs. As a result of the high
levels of glucose, the pancreas (The Detector) detects this and as a result produces more insulin to

It can be argued that an individual s economic status is one of the most important aspects of a person s
place in society, almost more than race, gender, or religion. Poverty can be defined as a state of being
extremely poor. In the United States and many other areas throughout the world there are many
individuals who lack enough money to provide the basic necessities of life. Poverty is a chronic
condition and so many children who grow up in it will face the effects over their lifetime. I see the
main effects of growing up in poverty being poor health, a high risk for teen pregnancy, and the lack
of education.
Poor health is a direct effect of growing up in poverty because children in low economic families may
not have access to adequate medical coverage. If a child doesn t have health insurance or if the family
doesn t have money to see a physician, the child will not have the recommended checkups or
immunizations that help ensure a child is healthy. When a child grows up in poverty the child is more

When teenage girls grow up in poverty, they may end up pregnant and flee a poor household.
Furthermore, teenagers who grow up in poverty have less access to sex education classes, birth
control, and condoms, which can increase the chances of having a baby at a young age. Girls that
grow up in an impoverished household can become pregnant at an early age, and without the financial
means to support the child, the girl will continue to live in poverty as an adult trying to make ends

Tramadol
Tramadol is a centrally acting synthetic non NSAID analgesic of the aminocyclohexanol group with
opioid like effects. Although the exact mode of action is not known, tramadol shows opioid activity by
binding to mu opioid receptors and monoaminergic activity through weak inhibition of norepinephrine
and serotonin reuptake. Tramadol can be tried alone for analgesia, but its efficacy increases in
combination with another non narcotic and narcotic agent. Tramadol infusion combined with non

Comparison of efficacy of tramadol and meperidine revealed that both are safe and effective for

and improved mood and sleep (de Franceschi et al., 2004). Further, addition of scheduled oral

Wrestling is one of the more difficult sports when it comes to being in high school or college. It is not
for everyone the sport is very demanding physically and mentally. To the point where it could
seriously injure someone. In wrestling at the beginning of the season you will choose a weight class
that you will wrestle for the season. On the day of the meet you have to weigh in and weigh the weight
class you chose. Some wrestlers would do just about anything to make weight even if it meant making
themselves throw up, dehydrate themselves, or starve themselves.
High school and college students at the beginning of the season have to get a body fat percent test
done. The lowest body fat percent you can have is seven percent for both high school and college
unless you have a doctor s note. There are a lot of students in both high school and college that would
go get a doctor s note so they could cut more weight and still be varsity. Most high school and college
wrestlers never made the best choices either after a meet. They will eat how they normally do or pig
out and gain more weight than what they had to lose.
Most colleges and high schools have a meet at least once or twice a week sometimes one during the
week and then an all day tournament during the weekend. So for some wrestlers who did not make the
best choices would lose an unhealthy amount once or twice a week. Some wrestlers would even take it
