Brand Identity
0 This is in reference to the personal identity of the
brand and how people recognise the brand. It is an
important element because people need to
familiarise themselves with it from many different
locations around the world to create this universal
recognition that can be seen in posters to adverts.
The overall look should be specific from the colours
to the clothing to the general vibe and I hope to
create this with my brand.
Logo
0 This aspect will allow the audience to instantly
recognise the artist as it forms a visual association. I
have chosen a very simple font and idea as
Daughter are an indie/folk band and I want the look
to reflect their simple yet calming sound. The colour
will vary depending on the background that the text
is on eg a dark background = white text, a light
background = dark text.
Colours
0 I personally believe that for my product the colour
scheme is very important as everything is very
simple I want the colours to stand out and be fitting
of the brand and the style/genre. The colours are
important for tying my digipaks, advert and video
together so the audience can recognise a key
theme.
