WHEAT STRAW Abstract: The potential of wheat straw immobilized Aspergillus
niger and Pleurotus citrinopileatus were studied for biodegradation ability of
different types of textile dyes. Non exposed and exposed tested immobilized fungi
to (1 KGy and 2 KGy) of gamma irradiation were used. The tested textile dyes were
Reactive red Bx, Direct Brown BN, Direct yellow 5G, disperse orange 2 RLS,
Disperse Violet 3 RS, Sulpher Black Br and Sulpher Brown SG. It was found that
immobilized P. citrinopileatus exposed to (2 KGy) had more efficiency for
decolorization of direct brown and direct yellow dyes. Decolorization percentage
of immobilized P. citrinopileatus in Direct Brown and Direct yellow reach to 95%
and 90% respectively after 8 days at 28oC. Peroxidase activity for (1 KGy)
irradiated P. citrinopileatus is more than peroxidase activity of unirradiated P.
citrinopileatus. RAPD.PCR has been performed to know the effect of gamma rays
on P. citrinopileatus; RAPD profile shows change between unirradiated and
irradiated Pleurotus citrinopileatus. DNA polymorphism was studied for both

All of these trust/hostility issues are caused by a lack of communication among the
entire organization. Communication is the root of many of the problems at this
company. Equipment breakage is a very pertinent problem as well. Equipment
continuously breaks and SRL does not have the money or the resources necessary

One reason for this is the many folds in the landscape almost too many. This would

Climate change is not a problem waiting for a solution. It is an environmental,
cultural, and political phenomenon which is reshaping the way we think about

Global climate change is one of the most important social and political issues facing
humanity today. During last year s State of the Union Address President Obama
asserted, No challenge no challenge poses a greater threat to future generations than
climate change (Lombrozo, 2015). Commonly referred to as global warming , climate
change can be defined simply as an increase in the earth s overall temperature.
According to scientists at NASA s Goddard Institute for Space Studies (GISS), the
average global temperature on Earth has increased by about 0.8В° Celsius (1.4В°
Fahrenheit) since 1880 and is steadily rising (Carlowicz, 2016), with April of 2016
being the hottest month ever recorded (USGCRP, 2016). For the past five years, we
have also experienced the warmest winters in history (Saad and Jones, 2016; Swim et
al., 2016). More broadly, climate change can be characterized by changes in the whole
Earth system, including the atmosphere, the hydrosphere, the cryosphere, and the
biosphere

The song is based on an obsessive fan named Stanley, but is referred to as Stan
throughout the song. Stan confesses that he is the Eminems biggest fan. This is
explained by the numerous letters that Stan has written to Eminem. The letters are
written to the artist and every new letter brings out more obsession of Stans love for
Eminem. His obsession excalates to anger when Eminem fails to communicate back.
Each unanswered letter leads to more anger and he gives up writing letters to the

Social Darwinism was a concept that was an accepted theory in the nineteenth
century. It originated from Charles Darwin, which stated survival of the fittest ,
meaning the poor and weak were going to die and that the rich and powerful
received more power and growth. However, even though Charles came up with the
idea of Social Darwinism, he had other social Darwinists who actually grasped the
entire concept of Darwinismand applied it to Social Sciences. Social Darwinists like
Herbert Spencer who believed that the government should not try to change any type

However, indentured servitude was very common before the 1680s. For half a
century or so after 1620, most laborers were indentured servants; only a small
proportion were African slaves (Clark, Hewitt, Brown Jaffee, 2007 p64). Indentured
servants were people who signed an indenture, a contract by which they agreed to
work for a serval number of years in exchange for transportation to colonies; in
addition, they would get food, clothing, land, and freedom. The first Indentured

Concert Report On Tuesday, March 28th, 2017 at 8:00 P.M., The Emerson String
Quartet performed three pieces of classical music at the Segerstrom Center for the
Arts in Costa Mesa, California. The Emerson string Quartet is a professional string
ensemble that performs classical music and consists of four adult males; Eugene
Drucker on the violin, Philip Setzer on the violin, Lawrence Dutton on the viola, and
Paul Walkins on the cello. The Concert opened with String Quartet in F Major by
Maurice Ravel. The piece was divided into four movements. The first Movement,
Allegro moderato TrГЁs doux, sets the tone for the entire piece. It opens in a warm,
inviting tone played by all members of the quartet. Then, it immediately leads into
somewhat of an exciting climax, with the first violin taking control and the other
three instruments playing similar harmonies, but quickly the music quiets. This same,

Having never attended any classical music concerts before, I had no idea what to
expect. While I was most likely the youngest person there, and most certainly
unfamiliar of concert etiquette, I thoroughly enjoyed this experience. While the
Emerson String Quartet played three different pieces and all of them were
incredible, I chose to focus my report only on the first piece, String Quartet in F
Major , and its different movements. I found this piece to be the best piece of the
night, possibly because of its continually changing sounds and powerful climaxes, or

They will have to cope with the intolerable loneliness, not having their loved ones
and family by their sides and may feel lost at times. Missing the love and concern

Unit two literature review paper required me to brainstorm for research topics that I
would want to explore pertaining to my major. A topic I found very intriguing was

ages. Above all, Claudia provides a strong indication that racism is far from over.

In the film the inmates used cigarettes as money, a way to get things in the prison,
a feat that seemed easily accessible in Shawshank at the time, due to the guards
taking bribes from delivery drivers and the inmates themselves. It seemed to me

Although the Age of Jackson wasn t a time era, which brought forth a great
political, social, or economic freedom and equality to the U.S., it did in fact put our
country through a metamorphosis in our political lives of the nation. The start of a
new presidency (Jackson s presidency) was accompanied by huge numbers of

The selection of officials of Jackson was in many cases the return of a financial grant
during campaigning. The consideration of the ability to govern, have intelligence and

Gaalema performed the experiment Sexual Conditioning in the Dyeing Poison Dart
Frog to increase the rate of reproduction among these endangered frogs. 38 dart
frogs including 19 males and 19 females were put into pairs and separated into
three different groups (Gaalema 8). The three groups included a control group that
received no conditioning, an experimental group that received an active control
conditioning, and another experimental group that received experimental

flash for approximately 90 second intervals followed by a 120 second interval of

Jacksonian Era Essay The Jacksonian Era (1824 1848) Although the Age of Jackson wasn t a time era, which brought forth a great political, social, or economic freedom and equality to the U.S., it did in fact put our country through a metamorphosis in our political lives of the nation. The start of a new presidency (Jackson s presidency) was accompanied by huge numbers of Hickoryites (Jacksonian supporters) and official hopefuls. The consideration of the ability to govern, have intelligence and responsibility etc. were ignored in the wake of compensation. Although opposites alike were granted power they were not always for the continuance of democracy. Jackson was the most democratic of any president at that time to come to power. In practically all areas of political application there was the existence of liberal thinking. This was especially apparent in his previously mentioned appointment of officials. Jackson considered the roles of officials fairly simple and could and should be carried out by all people not just the members of the socially and intellectually elite. Despite this already democratic view, Jackson took it one step further and appointed the illiterate and plain incompetent members of society to office. Tariffs plagued the president also many times, but the most remembered were the Tariff of Abominations in 1828, and the tariff of 1832. South Carolina passed an Ordinance of Nullification, and upset Jackson tremendously.
