Logistics:
 Nov 2009 and continue with M/s. Aviation Holdings Group Inc as Operations
Supervisor cum administration executive.
 Preparing documents such as invoice, packing list, delivery advice and airway bill.
 Coordinating the best freight rates &space negotiation with Airlines & agents, Sea
Freight and Land freight shipments, warehouse operators, courier through phone or
mail for Inbound and Outbound shipments to request or booked an AWB, to check
the status of shipment to track when the shipment is already arrive and to follow-up
all request to avoid any further delay.
 Check for inventory locations and availability for consignment or dispatch against
requirements specified in purchase orders.
 Checking all damaged parts inbound or outbound shipments.
 Filed all incoming/outgoing shipments for future reference.
 Work closely to the other department to assure the smooth flow of operation.
 Leading the team of sales, customer service, operations, documentation and
accounts.
Administration:
 Provide accurate, efficient and committed office work support to the senior
management.
 Manage the routine office management functions, deal with clients and visitors and
maintain corporate relations. Provide support to the management on executive
level.
 Sort out all incoming / outgoing mails and correspondence on the base of urgency,
priority, confidentiality or routing to facilitate quick and efficient service to the
concerned.
 Take care of the confidential files, matters and documents for senior management.
 Arrange appointments; make necessary arrangements for the meeting and ensure
availability of appropriate personnel’s for the same as per scheduled time and place.
 Arrange travel and accommodation for new staff and coordinate with clients.
 Flight ticket and hotel reservations (locally & International) for top management and
guests.
 Collect, organize and summarize information requested by the Senior Managers.
 Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing correspondence; and file
documents and letters in a systematic manner; and keep all assigned files up-to-
date.
 Liaise with accounts team to ensure that invoice was delivered on time
Flight Operations:
 Maintaining, updating and providing flight information’s to flight crews.
 Assist in preparing request for over flights and landing permits.
 Support in arranging for catering/de-catering.
 Support and ensure adequate ground handling met the aircraft.
 Reconfirm for aircraft fuelling on time.
 Coordinate with ATC for flight plan filing.
 Monitor movements and advise all concerned.
 Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
 Follow-up with clients for both local and international through e-mail and
