This document discusses the anatomy, blood supply, lymphatic drainage, and imaging of benign breast diseases. It covers the secretory apparatus and arrangement of the breast, as well as the axillary tail of Spence. Mammography findings that can indicate malignancy are described, such as microcalcifications, irregular masses, spiculations and ill-defined margins. The Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System (BIRADS) is introduced for evaluating mammography results. Common benign breast conditions like aberration of normal development and involution (ANDI) are also outlined.
