growth and factors preventing growth
“How do you break through your
barriers?”
A certified coach helps the coachee remove blockages in any/all four
directions. The intervention is usually of 8-10 sessions of 60-90 minutes each

What Does The Program Entail?

• 5 days of classroom training conducted by a Master Trainer to build
skills, know-how of the model and usage of tools. You will be provided
with 2 coaching kits and questionnaires for your supervised coaching
sessions.
• The classroom training needs to be followed up by 2 live coaching
assignments. We strongly recommend that each participant chooses
their first 2 assignments within 2-3 months of finishing the workshop.
These two coaching assignments will be supervised by an experienced
NEWS certified coach who will provide up to 4 hours of supervision per
participant.
• Conditions for receiving the NEWS certificate:
o Satisfactory completion of the 5 days of training
o 2 coaching assignments, supervised by NEWS certified coaches. A total of 4
hours of supervisory conversations is included in this.

The North The North deals with direction, mission and vision “Where do you want to go?” The East The East deals with meaning, values, motivations and drivers ‘‘Why do you want to go in this direction?’’ The West The West deals with Planning and execution “How are you going to get there?” The South The South deals both with growth and factors preventing growth “How do you break through your barriers?” A certified coach helps the coachee remove blockages in any/all four directions.   • 10. Think Talent Services Confidential What Does The Program Entail? 10 • 5 days of classroom training conducted by a Master Trainer to build skills, know-how of the model and usage of tools. You will be provided with 2 coaching kits and questionnaires for your supervised coaching sessions. • The classroom training needs to be followed up by 2 live coaching assignments. We strongly recommend that each participant chooses their first 2 assignments within 2-3 months of finishing the workshop. These two coaching assignments will be supervised by an experienced NEWS certified coach who will provide up to 4 hours of supervision per participant. • Conditions for receiving the NEWS certificate: o Satisfactory completion of the 5 days of training o 2 coaching assignments, supervised by NEWS certified coaches. A total of 4 hours of supervisory conversations is included in this. 10
