Job Responsibilities:
1. Managing Technical,Non IT and IT position based in Auto/Auto-ancillary.
2. Managing entire recruitment cycle: from searching / sourcing and screening resumes to short-
listing candidates, coordinating, & conducting interviews and closure.
3. Handling recruitment from executive level to senior level positions and having experience in bulk
hiring.
4. Working on all technical & non-technical position.
5. Sourcing, Screening and short-listing of CV’s using different search- techniques viz. Job Portals,
References, Internal Databank etc.
6. Interview Scheduling, all follow up and feedback actions thereafter till the close of the position.
Conducting Telephonic interviews & salary negotiation thereafter.
7. Job posting on job portals and short listing the profile as per requirement .
8. Analyzing the requirement of organization.
