caused the meeting to be rescheduled. The affect hindered our organizational
performance. In my conflict, we need to examine different reasons for conflicts.
According to research, latent conflict represents all of the potential sources of
conflict at the individual or group level (Baack, 2012, p.7.3). For example, the
source of the conflict between the team member and me was a difference in opinion

Dysfunction in the Midst of Adversity
Adversity is apparent in aspects of life. It manifests though feelings, thoughts, and
actions that occur through different situations. When adversity is combined with
dysfunction it creates a dynamic circumstance that tests the boundaries of individuals,
and by extension, society. This is the case when Director Clint Eastwood and author
Katherine Mansfield create the stories, Bridges of Madison County and Bliss.
Specifically, the characters of Francesca and Bertha must live with adversity they
have created through their own dysfunction in ascribing to societal conventions.
Dysfunctional relationships shape who Bertha and Francesca become in the midst of
She is hesitant to let go of the dysfunction that surround her. In some ways she
welcomes back the structure of family life even when it seems so hard to let go of
the love she shared with Robert. She can never share with her family how she

In order to employ the concepts of any system safety; we have to understand the
notion behind it. In summation, we also ought to know what systems safeties are and
what they strive to act in a given establishment. For instance, in RAF Mildenhall
VehicleMaintenance Flight, a lot of procedures are used in the day to day activities
all with one goal of defending the overall combat mission. Any system safety applied
to this trajectory has the cardinal aim of identifying, eliminating or controlling and
documenting any risks/hazards arising from the workshop.
Vehicle Maintenance Flight is responsible for maintaining 573 vehicles valued at
$49.1 million bucks. To alleviate the workload and better serve the base, the flight is
further split into seven elements each with its own separate shop and or space. These
components, work on different types of vehicles which directly or indirectly support
different base missions. The management holds the overall obligation of training and
implementing safety systems applicable to each shop each identifying particular
hazards and risks and ways to prevent or mitigate them. Reducing systems losses and

IT AIN T ME, BABE is a creative and imaginative broad comedy. The concept is fun
and a nice setup for comedy, conflict, and character change. The script is driven by
the theme of second chances.
There s definitely a lot to like about this script. On the other hand, there are also areas
that would benefit from more development.
First the script opens rather mildly. The idea that the music store is in jeopardy of
being taken over or closed down certainly is workable, but a bit outdated, meaning
this type of plot beat (being evicted etc.) has been used several times before.
Given that there s a theme about time perhaps the story should begin in Dave s past
showing the end of his career with his band. This could set up his inner conflict about
missing out on a more famous life versus being almost famous. Then the structure can
transition to the present day storyline of him working in the record shop.
It would also be nice to set up Dave as a man that regrets some of his life decisions
and wishes he could go back to the past and undo them. Right now, the scenes in the
opening and with Jane simply are not the most engaging. The characters feel a bit
immature and old fashioned.
On the other hand, the opening pages does foreshadow events with Amanda, Gary s
desire to be a manager, and the city undergoing new development in which the past
seems to be disappearing.
