Avlite Systems produces solar-powered LED airfield lights, including models AV-70 and AV-425-RF. The AV-70 uses dual solar panels to charge a battery that powers 12 high-intensity LEDs through a microprocessor. It can operate reliably in low light and has IP68 water resistance. The radio-controlled AV-425-RF has a peak intensity of 92.5 candelas and uses an 18-watt solar panel to charge its 24 Ah battery. Avlite also produces obstruction lights like the universal DC model AV-OL-ILAB-12-R, which has adjustable intensity settings of 10 or 32 candelas and alarms if voltage is too low.
