Associate Canadian Payroll Analyst
• Working with SAP HRP and HR since 2003
• I have an outstanding relationship with all members of the IS team and work
quickly/ accurately with them to get items changed/ updated.
• I have knowledge running both US and Canada Pays and precise in doing so.
• I have been processing payroll out of SAP since 2004
• Canada was the Pilot for adding out payroll to SAP
• I did a majority of the integration testing for Canada
• Helped to create documentation for Payroll Processes for payroll users,
companywide.
• Took the lead on Help Desk tickets, I process or delegate
• Process ROE’s (Records of Employment) to Canada Revenue anytime an
employee has a break in pay for more than 5 days.
• Experience/ comprehension in Canada Tax Processing. I handle all of the taxes
for Canada. I submit 6 payments every month, on time and accurately. Plus I
submit all quarterly and annual Canadian tax filings.
• Knowledge/ understanding in processing garnishments for US/all plant locations

• Experience/ knowledge in running Canada Year End for the processing of T-4, T-
4A and RL-1’s.
• Complete any payroll testing for the support packs to be implemented, these make
the necessary changes to support our SAP Net Payroll.
I was brought into this position because of my strong knowledge in payroll and SAP. I

2. Clown Painter - 2014 – Current
As a side business I paint faces and/ or a clown for children parties and special events. I
have worked over 20 birthday parties and over 15 events in the last year and a half. I
already have over ten booked until the end of summer.

Payroll Coordinator/ JR Accountant Jan. 2001 – Oct. 2007
I was promoted three times within a year and a half in the position of Payroll
Coordinator. During my time in this position, I played a major role in Project Frontier
(SAP Gross Payroll Project).
Items completed while working on the project;
• Completed all of the integration testing for the plant, helped with Hershey
plant testing also. I made sure new configuration matched policy.
• Came up with the Short-cut note idea for plants to use and helped to design
them. These short-cuts are still used companywide today.
• Ran all training sessions for all managers and supervisors at the Lancaster,
Reese and the Main Hershey plant.
• Provided plant support for all three shifts after go-live for the first 5 months.
• Flow-mapped everything in the position.
In this position I picked up many other responsibilities;
• Tracked absenteeism percentages
• Tracked pounds per labor hour
• Managed the Candy store – ordered the stock, managed hour coverage, pricing
• Bank deposits/ Petty Cash
• Tracked employee points for attendance – had a month to create a process to track
and maintain. Still used today.

I went into this position hitting the ground running, learning as much as I could and as
quickly as I could. In just three short months of being a back-up in Payroll I was
promoted to the Payroll Clerk, taking the full time position.

I started out working in the plant at Y&S Candies until I posted for a back-up payroll
position in their office.
