I was promoted three times within a year and a half in the position of Payroll
Coordinator. During my time in this position, I played a major role in Project Frontier
(SAP Gross Payroll Project).
Items completed while working on the project;
• Completed all of the integration testing for the plant, helped with Hershey
plant testing also. I made sure new configuration matched policy.
• Came up with the Short-cut note idea for plants to use and helped to design
them. These short-cuts are still used companywide today.
• Ran all training sessions for all managers and supervisors at the Lancaster,
Reese and the Main Hershey plant.
• Provided plant support for all three shifts after go-live for the first 5 months.
• Flow-mapped everything in the position.
In this position I picked up many other responsibilities;
