Interests Although the software that was learned during my attendance to
International Business College is no longer used I have attended a
few classes to help keep up with current software. Proficient in
word, excel, publisher, powerpoint. I am a team player and enjoy a
fast paced environment. I am able to multi-task and am a “people”
person. I am always eager to learn and learn quickly. I am familiar
with a fast paced environment. I have taken on several roles and
have had to be interim for Director of Dietary Services, have been
interim for the Director of Human Resources, staffing services for
nursing and have taken call for 3 years. I strongly believe in
consistency where consistency is much needed.
I enjoy working with all cultures and backgrounds. Stepping into
the HR role has allowed me to grow in self-discipline while assisting
others. Working in Human Resources I have learned that it is
never ending challenge and change. You can never learn enough.
Everyday has something new to offer. Every situation is unique.
