Qualifications
As the store manager for Tractor Supply Company I have taken a team that was at the
bottom of the district in all company standards and made it one of the top three within one year. I
have been a manager of a Wal-Mart Supercenter store supervising over 300 associates in both
North Dakota as well as California. I have excellent Microsoft Office knowledge as well as a BA
degree in management. With over 7 years experience with the world's largest retailer I have a
vast knowledge of a high volume sales operation. In addition I have taken two retail stores
through a relocation processes. During the transition I had to lead a successful team while
continuing to serve the customer as well as setting up the new store for operations.

I was able to learn and implement a lot of business principles and practices including
state and federal regulations. Supervising 300 employees and handling a store volume of $180
million a year in sales, I was able to develop a strong understanding of the industry. Some of my

Starting in inventory systems and working my way up to store assistant manager, I was
able to work my way up through the company with hard work and a passion to learn. While
supervising 150 team members I was tasked with hiring, firing, and the development of the team.
The last year with the Devils Lake store was spent as interim store manager of the $80 million a
year sales volume store, working directly with the district office to ensure the store was up to
standards at all times.

Activities

well as numerous animal rescue agencies such as Prairie Paws Rescue, and many other
organizations within the Jamestown and Stutsman County area. I have spent many hours
volunteering for Children's Miracle Network, March of Dimes, and other non-profit
organizations that help those that are sick.
