Work Experience:
Automated Data Processing: May 1998 to the present-My Current position is a Sr.
Client Support Specialist IV with ADP. I am a member of the Up Market team working
with the large major account client base. I currently work directly as a moderator of our
sales escalation Hotline online. I am a Team leader in multiple facets of the position.
Here are some additional accomplishments.
• Collaborated with other ADP teams to manage the Client retention custom Care
clients when working the regional flex group. I have been assigned several clients to
assist with on a continued basis.
• Mentored multiple new associates in the past 19 years, I continue to mentor both
new and tenured associates. I mentor our clients using Bomgar applications.
• I support Major accounts for PCPW, Hr profile, Pay Expert Internet Products, I-
pay, I-reports, ADP Workforce Now, General Ledger Info-link, WGPS, and all other
products supported by the client service team. Knowledge of SAP, Access, Citrix Meta
frame, Oracle, and windows based products. Additionally I work with Time and labor,
HRB, Recruiting/onboarding all areas of ADP.
• Participated and presented to ADP client’s at the 2007 year end seminar in
Cincinnati, preparing best practices for year end. I was engaged in the 2009, 2010 and
2011 year end seminars as a support to our training team.
• I collaborated with our custom BES group to build and maintain Custom reports
as the top Majors Accounts leader in the Midwest during year end thru 2008.
• I collaborated with other teams to standardize the technical set up of ADP clients
with multiple co codes and merging information for cleaner formatting to bring them
inline for reporting purposes
• As a banking relationship specialist I worked directly with total pay and partnered
with the San Dimas tax center on approvals using Dunn and Bradstreet. Setting up
system requirements and working directly with the NBD, Bank One Merger. I partnered
with the Y2K committee for century turnover integrity.
• My client satisfaction survey stands at 97% thru my current Tenure.

• I have had approximately 19 years training in the banking and payroll industry.
• I went to Training thru ADP in Tampa, Florida for banking and in San Dimas,
California for tax filing.
• I achieved Sr. Banking Specialist in a short 2 years.
• A member of the client Services team for 17years. I am currently a SR. Client
Support Specialist –IV MA with the top Platinum Up Market Team in the
Midwest/Central Region out of Indianapolis.
• I have completed the APA – Pay Train Course. All credit hours go toward CPP
Certification and are college credit hours.
Exceptional Assistance Seminar: 0.6 college credits thru I.U.P.U.I. I learned more about
being a team player receive and show respect and how to be organized.
IUPUI – 105 hour accredited College Associate Hours to become a State certified Nurse
to give care in Hospital’s, nursing homes and medical field. I passed an 8 hour state test
for certification. August 1991.
Chatard High School: Graduated in 1984. Studied all required courses, including business
and accounting. Chatard is a private college prep school with excellent Credentials and is
